I've definitely pulled off first touches (especially bringing in long through balls) that I couldn't with other shoes. I love using speed but sometimes I roam to settle our midfield. I'm a striker who changes based on the game. I'll turn myself into a CAM or wing depending on what the other team gives me. My scoring has been down lately since teams are double teaming soon as I get it. So my assists are up and I've been playing a lot more decoy. Teams just don't like me dribbling at them. I start offseason training season Monday. Against a screaming eagles sponsored team lol. What's your preseason workout? I'm starting mine in a few weeks. I do a fun kickball league on Tuesday with friends so I get to atleast see them a bit when things are crazy. We're playing another league's champion Monday. Some of the most fun I ever had in my life (as I talked about before in here) was watching the 2006/07 Asia Cup that Iraq won with my interpreters. They love football. She is a trip, all about some Shane Long but didn't know who Wes Hoolihan was.] Anywho, she was telling me that the only kit that wasn't for sale on the Euros website was the Irish kit. She said "that's what they think of our chances" . They're fun to watch. A mix of some old school snot rocking tackles and some tidy final third stuff at least once or twice a game that either works or doesn't. But I have a soft spot for them too. But my bud who is American / no connections with Germany makes me mad by rooting for germany even when they play the US(Sharks/Thunder fan). I'm more German than anyone in our circle and you won't see me doing that. He claims he rooted for them forever but no one saw him care about them until 2014 when he got a jersey. I was with him during 2010 WC and he was strictly US. Euros I'll root for them but not against the US. I was all US when they played.
