I did a special on one hit wonders of the 80's on my radio show and did a lot of prep for it. here is a list of 1 hit wonders of the U.S.A. the definition is a group with only one top 40 POP hit on the Billboard hot 100 charts. These were the one hit wonders who went top 20, there are many more that went top 40 but not top 20)

You can't have an 80's compilation without some Rush. Some of the more 'mainstream' options could be Tom Sawyer, New World Man or Subdivisions.

I agree - I've got a ton of Rush, and I might have put Tom Sawyer in the mix - can't remember.

I could listen to Exit Stage Left all night long, but trying to please the crowd prevents that lol. I want there to be lots of "Holy crap! I had forgotten all about that song!" lol.
