Larry
awwww man, local Denver sports radio this morning is comedy gold. Callers are going OFF. Really quiet in the office this morning. I feel bad for these folks, cuz I'd be crushed if the Skins lost a SB. Was tempted to express my sympathies towards anybody who had to watch their team play that terrible. But then, all of us has had to endure that. Multiple times, this year.

Warhead36
They're talking about the commercials on the Tony Kornheiser show...is it just me or were NONE of the commercials worthwhile? Granted I stopped watching after it was 36-0 so I missed some, but I don't think I'll remember any of these commercials.

I think the best one was probably that Sony commercial when the sounds blended in together. But other than that, they sucked. Even the Doritos commercials weren't as good as usual. MattFancy
The Stadium just gets dumber and dumber by the day. This board used to be so good, but the idiots in the Stadium ruin it for everyone. Love the thread "We need a Great Defense". Ya think?
Mr. Sinister
I've grown to hate all commercials. I've grown to hate most present day movies.... That pretty much means that I couldn't give any less of a ****. People who tune in just to see some commercials are weird anyway. The Stadium just gets dumber and dumber by the day. This board used to be so good, but the idiots in the Stadium ruin it for everyone. Love the thread "We need a Great Defense". Ya think? This year was probably the longest I've spent in the Stadium since probably '07. Since this season went downhill literally from he opening kickoff on MNF, people have been making the same arguments about the same ****, week after week Rg3 is a Diva Rg3 needs to learn how to throw from the pocket Rg3 sucks Haslett sucks We need fat boys We need pass rushers Rak is overrated **** you Snyder Snyders still running the show Snyder kiled my dog Same ****, week after week. I truly don't think I'm ever going back there again.
Fan since a Fetus
I don't remember one commercial standing out to me. This was the first Super Bowl that I ran my mouth more than I watched. A newer friend of mine is a Seattle fan and I was shocked at how well he kept himself together and stayed humble. It was pretty cool and he had a down to earth view of his team. I really have to shake this headache because I have things to do. Hangovers at 35 really suck because they last all friggin day!

abdcskins
I thought there were a couple good commercials. The Bud Light one where the dude was on a date. The one where it was a chihuahua/doberman hybrid. The Tebow commerical was good. Doritos has a couple. But yeah, overall it was weak.

My favorite was the guy yesterday who kept insisting we trade Cousins for JOSH GORDON. It's as if he was totally oblivious to the fact that JG was one of the top WRs in football last year. Mr. Sinister
I honestly think there's a bunch of people in the Stadium that have never seen a team play football outside of the Redskins. I was listening to a caller on The Locker Room this afternoon talking about trading Cousins straight up for Phil Taylor. People are nuts, man. The team should've put Cousins in bubble wrap after that Bowns game. He's looked very mediocre since... Not that its all his fault of course, but that did nothing to help any potential trade value. I think at this point we'd be extremely lucky to get a 3rd for him, unless someone desperate ponies up a second. This fairly underwhelming QB market is our only hope. I spend too much time typing on my phone, my keyboard skills are severely lacking. I used to be able to type around 80 words per minute, now I am at max 60. What a shame. Fan since a Fetus
After 40, they can last at least two whole days and ruin a perfectly good week. Actually, my body still aches this morning. Ugh, this is one of the worst ones I have had. I honestly think there's a bunch of people in the Stadium that have never seen a team play football outside of the Redskins. I agree and I know people who are like that. They only watch the Skins and they are impossible to talk to. They believe everything is black and white. It is all the QBs fault and blame can never be laid elsewhere. They don't get that it is a team game. Lately, I have been avoiding these people when it comes to talking football. Anyone need a hotshot warehouse supervisor / logistics specialist? FML. That's the worst thing about the job market. 9 times out of 10, it's about who you know, not what you know. I've been on the good and bad side of that and it's far from fair. Keep at it, man.
Warhead36
I honestly think there's a bunch of people in the Stadium that have never seen a team play football outside of the Redskins. Not just in the Stadium, but Skins fans in general. A guy called into 980 the other day and said we should trade RG3 for Brees or Rivers. Err...what? Why would either team make that deal? LOL. I used to think Skins fans were some of the most knowledgable in all of sports but there are many who aren't really football fans, just Redskins fans, and have no concept of the NFL outside of Washington.
