Overlooked and ignored because he champions liberal causes. Clinton held fundraisers at his house, Michelle Obama called him a great man, Malia with the internship. I really wonder when both sides will stop pointing the finger at each other and realize both parties are rotten from top to bottom with very few exceptions. Disgusting he has been covered for for this long this long when it's been rumored for awhile. What does he do when exposed, points the finger at the NYT for outing him claiming they had a deal. There really is something seriously wrong with this country and it's not even close to being all about Trump. I wonder if people might take the claims of pedophilia amongst the ranks of Hollywood and the elite more serious now that it has been shown money can cover up decades of abuse. Not saying it's running rampant, but anyone claiming it could be a problem and it should be looked into has been greeted with tinfoil hat conspiracy theory ridicule although there have been many claims for awhile it's been going on. Females and children in this system exist to serve males. We are to be used and abused for sex, our labor is to be used without equal compensation, our services to raise children and keep the home for a male are expected. In fact, females to this day are raised to be subservient to males. That's all males regardless of political party, race, religion or socio-economic status. This is patriarchy. Females the world over are working hard to change this system, and we succeed in little pockets. But it's not enough. It's why sexual harassment, rape, porn, sex trafficking exist. To serve males needs. It's not to serve females' needs for sure. It's why females are paid less for the same work, with all the attendant "reasons" why, which are just justifications why companies want to pay females less, to increase their profits. It's why women do what's called housework, while men "help", or women raise children while men "babysit". And on it goes. As an example, look at some of the language used right here in the various Redskins fora. I could comment all day long on the language here that debases females. Same thing in the music industry. Even in run of the mill workplaces. Power corrupts. Glad he's out. Hopefully he gets prosecuted. But before he moved there he used to be a member of my church. He's very good, and I recall him being in American Gangster and most recently Luke Cage. The stories this guy could tell.... He claims he could've been in a lot more projects if he was willing to do what others have felt they needed to do to get the roles. This goes for women AND men. He told me a lot goes on at these parties they have. Allot of dudes with power or fame just go crazy... it always puzzled me how he got away with it and so many others did not. i assume allot of cash exchanged hands. Also, as a general statement, how do we feel about the coziness of media moguls with prominent politicians? Murdoch and the repubs, weinstein and the dems... it seems to me that befause they cannot police themselves, maybe we need to look at legislation.
