If it wasn't for Women in earlier Christianity before the established Catholic Church, the religion might not of made it out of Rome.

 

At least one or two emperors made it a mission to kill as many Christians as possible, people snitching on each other, and women were playing jus as big a part spreading the gospel despite that risk as anyone else.

 

One day they'll allow Female Catholic preists and open the door for a Catholic pope and while the underlying reality will be they running out of old white men willing to not have sex or get married to do this work, it'll be righting a wrong that never should gotten this far.

 

Similar to how I feel about this and the direction they're going with gays knowing there are already gays working in the church and jus don't want to acknowledge it yet.  The idea there was no one gay in Rome helping to spread the gospel is harder to prove that never happened then it did.

 

It's exhausting trying to keep up with the hills some Christians are willing to die on while looking right past the verses around them.

 

For example,

 

Leviticus 20:13 If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

 

But jus a couple verses above it says:

 

Leviticus 20:10 And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death

 

It jus comes across like there's a line to stone one group and not the other because of how many people don't want to get stoned themselves. Folks shrug their shoulders when this comes in TMZ now, we used to it.

 

It's not like I should be concerned about a secret campaign by Catholic Church to push conversion therapy, they move the Priests that get caught before they try that it seems.

If they want to sweep out the illegals in this state, then they are really going to be hurting. 1/2 the people here doing jobs are illegal. If you hire a company here, a white guy comes out and looks at the job and gets your business. The crew comes out and they’re unable to speak English or communicate with you. 
 

If they want to do this, just go to any job site. Go to any non chain Mexican restaurant. Stop on the side of the road and talk to any lawn mowing service. 
 

prices here would sky rocket and then everyone would complain that they can’t fill jobs and no one wants to work.

Totally cool with that. Just would like to suggest the Feds move as many jobs out of that State as well.

GOP candidate for MO governor wants to abolish education department, make gold legal tender

 

If Missouri Republican state Sen. Bill Eigel had it his way, Missourians would be able to pay their taxes and potentially shop for groceries with gold and silver.

 

He also wants to eliminate the state’s personal property tax and make it harder for citizen-led petitions to pass on the ballot. And he wants to abolish the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
