redskinss
I have what is possibly a strange addition to the thread but "the jack bull" has always been a very powerful movie for me. Between the fact that i saw so much of myself in john cusack and the ending, its always been a pretty emotional movie for me.

Poman
How about Awakenings, with Robin Williams and De Niro. As the inevitable end approaches you really don't know what to feel. Sadness? Inspired? Angry?

Mournblade
Surprised there haven't been any mentions of Logan. Just finished watching it, and that was a heart-breaking ending.

skinsmarydu
Another one came to me...Midnight Express. Holy cow, what that dude went through...true story, too.
Momma There Goes That Man
Warrior. From the opening scene it just plows you in the heart. I always lose it when Paddy falls off the wagon in AC and Tommy holds him and comforts him. Also the end when Brendan is telling Tommy he loves him and Tommy finally accepts his forgiveness and love. I know it's unrealistic but it's a beautiful movie
FrFan
Million Dollar Baby, Clint has been sponsored by Kleenex for a while now. My Life : Story of a man who was diagnosed with a terminal cancer and starts to make home movies to be shown to his son after his death. Dead Poets Society, Robin was awesome in this one. I already posted this movie, but just wanted to say... If anyone watches Dear Zachary: A Letter to a Son About His Father and doesn't come away devastated, they have no soul. Especially if they watch it not knowing anything really about the movie (like I did).

Jumbo
Don't you guys saddle me with your demented projections. I was simply so excited to see such wild sci-fi at that time that I spilled greasy buttery popcorn all over myself. Some people.
