twa
Seems a reasonable ruling, certainly look like contract labor to me.
Larry
After all, must tile the labor-management negotiating table as far in the direction of management as possible. Even if it means exempting management from labor laws that were passed to prevent management from abusing their labor.

NoCalMike
What is this "Do-over" they are talking about? "Fake News" "Hoax" "Do-Over" This administration's entire strategy is to just throw random terms out there to the public that don't even reflect reality. Imagine Hillary saying to Trey Gowdy, "Sorry, no Benghazi do-over.......again"

NoCalMike
The sad part is how 50% (or more) of the country will go right along with this nonsense and rah-rah another pre-emptive war under false premises.

I hope so, but when it comes to war the propaganda machine is strong, perhaps the strongest in existence. I am sure there will be a lot of initial skepticism but I still remember how transparent and faulty the justification for Iraq seemed to be at the time, yet by the time the bombs were dropping most of the country and corporate media were fully on board.
