Boston is going to struggle in the playoffs.  They needed the regular season to build their good habits and develop their chemistry and they failed to do it.  They're not a light switch team.

Toronto is probably going to win the East this year.  Philly has the highest upside, but they're still pretty young and unproven.  Toronto has the right mix of young and old and everyone knows their role and they have guys to fill in every need.  They've got a transcendent star leading them and they have good secondary and tertiary scorers in Lowry and Siakim that know their place and do what they do at a high rate.  There are no egos or agendas with any of them.  They're just about winning, like Golden State.

Milwaukee is obviously very good and their length is such a unique challenge to deal with, but I think they're overachieving and they don't quite have the guns to match up with Toronto.

It was just one game, but last night is the reason why I still won't count them out just yet. Not much time left, but if they can get it together, they're gonna be a problem for somebody

They have the best coach in the East and honestly, I don't think it's close. He's going to out-coach everyone and he has the tools to do it.

They'll be decent, but the East has changed.  Boston could coast to the Finals in past years, but the competition is too good to do that now.  There are several other high end coaches in the conference and the best teams are led by Giannis and Kawhi and Embiid and Kyrie is not in their class.  And these teams have been playing well and building up their good habits during the regular season, and securing home court.  Boston used this very formula to achieve postseason success last year.  They've fallen behind this season.  It's going to be very difficult for them to beat Milwaukee or Toronto in a second round road series.  And if they have to play Philly in a road series in the first round, they could get bounced in round one.

Good points. We'll see how they do. Biggest crime in  all of this is Dipo going down, with the way Indy is still playing. Couldve been the best Eastern Conference field probably since the mid '90s at least

Just now, Momma There Goes That Man said:

I’ve always thought Russ was a punk but that fan clearly is a total piece of **** and should be banned from the arena. I hope he gets punished at work too. We can’t let this type of behavior and belief system flourish, it must be killed

He will probably get a talk radio show and end up a star on One America News in five years.

Plaster his face everywhere and make his life miserable. I hope every other NBA player tweets this dude out.

There is literally zero shame in this country over its treatment of people of color. So if the answer is public shaming and making life miserable for the people who would put us all in chains and laugh about it, **** em.

Drag his ass, get him fired, make sure that anytime someone googles his name, all they see is that he’s a racist piece of ****.

The fan apparently is a giant douche. So is Russ. Can we boot both of them?

this aint a both sides thing, breh.

You can think Westbrook is a punk for his basketball conduct, but there are no allegations of Westbrook actually being a bad POS person. This dude Keisel not only is a POS racist person but doubled down on it after it was exposed this morning. He also went on TV and more than likely lied about his interaction with Westbrook in order to defame dude. We not doing that here. This is about as black and white as the world gets.
