G.A.C.O.L.B.
Two airballs by Beal that quarter too. Nobody is really stepping up. Just a complete team MIA so far

StillUnknown
Wall's stat line confirms that he's been everywhere tonight: 14pts 8 assists 6 rebounds 5 steals 2 blocks
Popeman38
Heyward is a garbage man. He just fills the stat line with volume. He takes some ATROCIOUS shots and drives wildly to the hole

Destino
Winners gonna win. This team is much better when Beal is scoring well. The starters need that big time scorer and he's really the best we got. Good to see him looking like he should. Wall needs to cut back those turnovers. the burgundy and gold
Attended the game tonight. Definitely a good atmosphere for a Sunday game. I'm definitely going to attend as many games as possible this season, got to help in building up the home court advantage.
TradeTheBeal!
Big fun at the phone booth today. Jazz were chippy and super-scrappy. They have some nice young bigs. But just not enough firepower to hang with the Wiz. Also, seeing Wall's defensive intensity in the flesh is impressive. Dude just bleeds passion out there on the defensive end. Go Wiz!
Gamebreaker
Hayward is a good player, but in the only two times I've seen him play he's just looked average to me.
Going Commando
Comforting having the Wiz to fall back on. The Wizards aren't my fallback team. They're my favorite team by a decent margin. I love the Nats too, but I like basketball a lot more than baseball. I watch almost every Wizards game. I've stopped watching the NFL altogether.

StillUnknown
the steals are becoming the norm with him. Even more than the numbers, he is noticeable hound on the defensive end. He's making life hell for every guard he plays. The first few games of the year, guards were getting by him, thats not happening anymore. His defensive IQ is off the charts right now. There are certain players in the league that you just know are going to be a pain in the ass to play against, Wall is earning that rep defensively. Not saying he'll strap everybody every night, but he's going to make opposing guards work for whatever numbers they put up. Combined with him being in complete control offensively, he's is must see TV at this point. Edited December 15, 2014 by StillUnknown

He really looks like Payton at times. If he can just become a more consistent scorer. Thats the last part of his game that needs rounding out. (you guys were right about me saying 22-24 a game. I like that, but 20-21 should be enough for dude and he should games where he takes over because he has too) If he can become a better scorer, then he is beyond Westbrook levels because he is a smarter player than Westbrook.
