It's been several years since I've shot, used to shoot on an APA 8 ball league. Just before I stopped shooting, I was locked in at a 6 but the league president kept bumping me up to a 7 unless I sandbagged. Didn't mind being a 7, but he definately played favorites to friends of his, had 5's & 6's that he locked as 3's & 4's, and I just didn't find it fun watching the same group of people making it to the playoffs every year.
