About an hour from where I live. Trail is called Grove Creek Trail. Heads up,(and it certainly is up in places),to some cool waterfalls and such. Snow kept me from going much further,but apparently it goes up and up and has some spectacular scenery. Here are the set of falls you cross before continuing up. That's one of many I can get to,(and you bet. Very lucky. ) Speaking of which. This a.m. at Scout Falls along the Timpooneke trail. The record amounts of snowfall and water content in that snowfall has really extended the runoff time this year. Ordinarily,these falls are pretty much a trickle this time of the Summer.
