Predict Redskins story lines for Nov 2024

Redskins fall to lowly Bengals 28-14.

Bill Cowher must be laughing all the way to the bank. Fired by Dan Snyder after 3 straight losing seasons, his replacement, first time head coach Clyde Christensen has started off the season 1 -8 while Cowher continues to cash in the 10 million dollars a year Snyder offered to lure him out of retirement. Things don't look to bright for the near future, since the Redskins have no first round pick next year-traded by Cowher to move up to acquire would be franchise savior QB Eric Smith. Sources within the organization say Christensen wants to bench Smith and start veteran journeyman Blake Bortles instead, but the Skins clearly have too much invested in Smith to allow him to sit on the bench when the playoffs are no longer attainable.

As it stands now, few of the draft picks from the Cowher era seem to have panned out, other than inside linebacker Don Rydell and left guard Rick Mahoney. The Redskins look like they will finish last in the NFC East for the 5th time in the last six years.

Actually the HC I picked is the QB coach of the Colts.

It's all part of the neverendimg Snyder cycle. Hire a young unproven offensive coach; undermime him when thimgs go badly; get ripped in the press; hand complete control to an over the hill out of the NFL head coach and stay oit of it while the future gets pissed away so geriatric coach can try for one last hurrah.

Robiskie-Schotferbrains

Spurrier-Gibbs

Zorn - Shanahan

Gruden - ? Insert name of retired coach who hasn't won a playoff in over a decade here. It will happen in 2015.

After the NFL began a co-op program with the Vegas bookies, they decide to actually GIVE the points favored to teams in the game, and the Redskins still lose by 1.

Head coach Justin Bieber and owner Dan Snyder are caught on video tape twerking in 148 year old Jerry Jones clubhouse, as president Kim Kardashian finally exposes nude photos of the 3rd breast she had surgically implanted, so she can have a tit for tat.

After construction delays, the Washington Warriors--who were named the Redskins until 2020--finally played their first-ever game in the middle of the 2024 season at Five Guys Stadium in Stafford, VA.  The stadium seats 65,000, a retractable roof, PSLs which start at $5000 for upper deck end zone seats, and has already been awarded the 2029 Super Bowl.

Owner Dan Snyder, whose teams still have not compiled back-to-back winning seasons since he took control of the team in 1999, proudly boasted of a million person long waiting list and the lower level sideline seats "bouncing like RFK."

To which dumbfounded observers replied "What is RFK?"

WASHINGTON D.C. 11/25/2024: They basically came into together, and now they leave together.  Just days after long time Pro Bowl quarterback Robert Griffin III has announced his retirement, Coach Jay Gruden has decided to step down as the Warrior's head coach.  After what many might consider a rocky start the QB and Head Coach combination went on to win two Super Bowls and 4 NFC East conferences, while compiling a 89 -71 regular season win loss record.  The two time Coach of the Year did not entirely close the door on potential return to the coaching ranks saying at his raucous and entertaining press conference that, "he's tired and needs a break."  Only defensive end Ryan Kerrigan  remains from that original team that Coach Gruden took over in 2014.  Owner Ted Leonsis tearfully said that words can not begin to describe Grudens efforts and dedication as the Warriors Head Coach.

DC Police raided the underground field of an illegal football ring last night in a game that featured several former Washington Redskins. Football has been outlawed in most of the United States since 2019 after the NFL succumbed to the weight of the many lawsuits brought on by former players.

Los Angeles, CA, 12/24/2024-The Los Angeles Warriors failed to make the playoffs for the seventh straight season as Daniel Snyder's team lost to the Seattle Seahawks for the fifth straight time. The Seahawks played spoiler to the Warriors in spite of their own losing streak, not having made the playoffs themselves for five years running.

"We're really disappointed. We (GM/Owner Snyder and Vice President Vinnie Cerrato) thought we had put together a team that could challenge for the division, but obviously we had some issues that prevented us from doing that for the great fans of LA."

The Warriors who now hold the record for most consecutive television blackouts have remained a moribund franchise since moving to LA in 2017 after no jurisdiction in their previous home of Washington D.C. would allow Snyder to build a new stadium. Meanwhile, the Washington Redskins, a franchise reborn under owner D. Gillespie continues to lead the way with its sixth straight winning season and NFC East division title. The franchise was allowed to keep its name and was awarded a team one year after Snyder left and has enjoyed unprecedented success under new ownership.

"We wanted to stay in D.C., but the fans and politicians weren't having it. They practically kicked us out the door." Cerrato noted while being interviewed in his Santa Monica office.

In what many are calling the "PR Stunt of the Century" the Washington Redskins have drafted the first openly gay robot from Cryotech University Inc. to play quarterback.

Insiders have leaked that despite the possibility of awkwardness in the lockeroom/huddle, Snyder is pulling out all the stops in an attempt to get Amanda Blackhorse to shut her pretty little mouth.

Former football fans were remembering the sport called football and the football team Washington Redskins on the 5th anniversary of the final football game played in the United States.  Football fans were still mourning the loss of the sport of football; which was banned at all levels after the 2019 season by President Hillary Clinton and the congress.

7 time pro bowler, 3 time MVP, and 3 Super bowl rings. RG3 has that with the St. Louis Rams (oh the irony). Kirk Cousins is a 3 time pro bowler and has one super bowl ring with the Denver Broncos. Colt McCoy is in his 1st season as the Redskins head coach after failing to make the playoffs the last 3 years in a row. We are now the Washington Braves and Snyder has named himself GM by this time because he publicly announces he can't trust anyone anymore.

At this time in November we are 3-8 once again for the 7th time in the last 10 seasons. The other 3 years we did make the playoffs, only to lose in the Wildcard round each time (Twice to the Seahawks, Once to the Toronto Mounties). The Bills move to Toronto and are renamed to the Mounties. Once and for all the Jacksonville Jaguars finally move to Los Angeles and are renamed the L.A. Breeze. The Oakland Raiders move to San Antonio and are renamed the San Antonio Frackers. Tampa Bay relocates to Hawaii and rename themselves the Hawaii Wave.

By 2024 this is how the NFL landscape looks:

NFC East: Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, Washington Braves

NFC North: Toronto Mounties, Green Bay Packers, Chicago Bears, Minnesota Vikings

NFC South: New Orleans Saints, Hawaii Wave, Atlanta Falcons, Miami Dolphins

NFC West: Seattle Hawks, San Francisco Niners, Tempe Cardinals, Missouri Rams

AFC East: New Jersey Jets, North Carolina Panthers, Pittsburgh Steelers, Baltimore Ravens

AFC North: Detroit Lions, Cleveland Dawgs, Cincinnati Wildcats, New England Patriots

AFC South: Indy Colts, Tennessee Blue Angels, San Antonio Frackers, Houston Bullhorns

AFC West: Denver Broncos, Kansas City Chiefs, San Diego Los Cargadors, L.A. Breeze

After a successful lawsuit by retired Redskins players and Redskins Fans the Washington Federals have transferred all Redskins trophies to the Hall of Fame and have removed all references in the teams history that were tied to Redskins players and records. Additionally, the NFL has agreed to place the team in the AFC North switching with the Ravens in the NFC East. The league hopes this will help revive the flagging franchise.

Minisoft [ formerly Microsoft ] recently joined forces with Sony to create ultralight uniforms which players during games can be controlled from the comforts of a fan's sofa 2000 miles away.

Being the old uniforms were looking and feeling like the Michelin Man, too many instances of a player actually getting knocked into the 11th row of the stands forced this action.

For an extra $500,000.00 you can purchase the cheerleader uniform controller which allows you to get a full wraparound view; Sony declined to comment on the clothing being adapted to Smellivision.

In a shocking coincidence, Jerry Jones admits to being a lifelong Redskins fan who's been trolling Dallasites for the past 30+ years, adding "Early on, Jimmy Johnson tried to mess me up, but I took care of that problem."

Left guard Rick Mahoney? Was there a football team at the Police Academy? ;)Mahoney.jpg
