Jags are nowhere near as bad as people think. They have a legit coach now and a fierce front four and they upgraded their offense big time this offseason.

They are very under rated. That defense can get nasty. I was hoping for Chi or Det or a total fluffer, but I guess they wantd something they could hype a bit.

True but still a very winnable game to open the season. I bet we’ll open around a 4.5 point favorite when they release the lines.

Hosting Jags Week 1 confirmed

So Carson has to get right back on the horse that threw him off several times in week 17....

Philly radio is reporting that we play the Eagles at home in week 3 and then play them sometime around week 9 or 10 on MNF in Philly. Take it for what it's worth...94 WIP.

Jaguars is an interesting opener. They sealed Wentz's fate in Indy when they dominated the Colts in the season finale last year to keep them out of the playoffs. The last time we played their new HC, Doug Petersen, he laid down for us in the 2020 season finale win against the Eagles to clinch the division for us. And our best o-lineman over the past 7 years, Scherff, is now a Jaguar.

This matchup is about as far from a rivalry as you could get, but it almost has a feel of a one with the side stuff. Jacksonville will be much better with Urban Meyer gone and this game isn't going to be a pushover game for us like a lot of people might think.

Pederson V Wentz makes it a pure revenge game. The "Who's fault was Philly game" That will get most of the coverage. everything else is just bonus

Wentz playing the team that bumped him last year, Scheriff playing the team that let him walk, Pederson playing the team that got him canned will all be B stories in comparison.

Giants in Dallas on thanksgiving…? WHY? Oh wait, to give Dallas an easier cupcake thanksgiving game? Can’t let “America’s team” lose on thanksgiving for a 4th straight year can we, noooo…😂 **** Dallas.

They tend to try to give the Cowboys an easier Thanksgiving game if possible.

Our last three season finales were 2019 at Dallas, 2020 at Philly, 2021 at NYG, so we're due to get one at home probably against Dallas.

It didn’t work out for them 2019-2021 so why not send the giants their way this year so there’s no way they’ll lose……such BS 😡

Yeah the Eagles would have been a juicier matchup. But Jerruh doesn't want his boys getting embarassed in front of the entire country again.

And we can probably safely assume the Christmas Eve day game will be 4:30.

My family are going to love me sitting down to watch the game at 9.30pm on Christmas Eve. I’ll have to convince the kids the big guy is on his way so they need to crash out. Not sure that will wash at 16 and 13:rofl89:
