Jumbo Posted January 28, 2022 Author Share Posted January 28, 2022 i mentioned this some years ago, but if you track down the movie 'hard times'(with james coburn and charles bronson and others) and watch it you'll really like it when it came out it immediately became one of my personal 'classics' it set a quality template long ago for how to do what's become the 'fight club/ cage match' genre another great one with bronson (my fave bronson movie) is mr. majestyk...awesome...he plays a melon grower who gets tangled up with a criminal outfit trying to squeeze/run the regional production of the crops....some really great characters, state of the art machismo, and great individual scenes, dialogue and direction wise 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
