LadySkinsFan
Not surprising really, because Trump wants to downgrade the status of Covid-19. Underreporting of cases because of low quantity of tests, length of test results, and so on. I hate this guy. 4
Larry
I thought the numbers I was hearing, a few days ago, for the price tag on this stimulus package was considerably higher. Like $4B. Did they shrink the bill? Not counting the loans as part of the costs? ("They're going to pay it back, so it doesn't really cost.")

The bill gives a lot of leeway to fed to back loans and take on additional debt. It's not "direct" monies more of providing an additional backstop for corporations. At least that's how I understand it.
