Agreed, you have to be strong enough to deal with the blowback of people who don't like the truth. Democrats have some semblance of integrity, but it wilts under pressure. 

People say perception is reality, but that's a myopic statement. Perception only catches some of the context, and it's up to people with a larger grasp of the context of a situation to speak up and enhance the narrative, when it has blind spots. Even if people cling hard and fight for their conclusions with their limited perspectives.

Because if you don't check on your blind spots and fill them in, eventually you'll crash. It's just like changing lanes while driving, just because you think a car isn't there, won't stop you from getting jacked up when you hit it.

Lou Dobbs is triggered by immigration in a terrifying way.

 

Anything standing in the way of instant deportation of immigrants is basically the ultimate evil to Lou.  The supposed Deep State, a made up boogyman of the Trump admin, is an enemy of Trump's plans to kill DACA and deport illegals and stop chain migration, etc.etc., so of course Lou loses his mind about them.

It's really the death of common sense and thinking.

 

Right wing "populists" who hate the elites and globalists are all in on:

 

1. A New York billionaire with business investments... through out the world.

 

2. An ex Goldman Sachs banker who is running the treasury.

 

3. An education secretary who profited from one of the biggest scams in US history: Amway.

 

4. A commerce secretary with business deals all around the globe.

 

5. The secretary of state is a business executive of a multinational corporation with deals... all around the globe.

 

The "deep state" and globalist conspiracy is obviously being fought by these noble patriots, who have totally not benefited from globalism.

Fun fact(s) that I learned not long ago:

 

In early history of the country ballots were produced by the media/newspapers.  People were often ridiculed for voting against people in the same area.  In the election of 1860, Abraham Lincoln’s name wasn’t on many southern ballots and he received 0 votes in many southern states.  He won with only 40% of the popular vote.

 

Such a completely different time.
