Every time I think things can't get more insane, they do.  Now Trump won't enforce sanctions passed by Congress and the House is putting out a totally flawed memo to try to attack the FBI and DOJ while blocking the counter-memo that shows the many flaws of the memo.

Deputy Director of FBI forced out for political reasons, release this obfuscating partisan memo for devious purposes, decide to ignore the vote of Congress to enforce sanctions against a hostile foreign power that attacked our country and democratic processes, and launch sham investigations into the DOJ and FBI. Nice work Republicans. Banner day for treachery in the USA.

Not really. This memo appears to be pure talking points put together by Nunes to score some political points and create a false story. The fact that they voted to make it illegal to release the minority memo just cements the fact that they have no interest in transparency... only misdirection and deceit. Further, the fact that they want to release this despite the fact that it could cause harm is even worse.

If the IG report was anything significant, McCabe wouldn't have been re-assigned, or told he "wasn't in the plans" of Wray, he'd have been fired, full stop.  There'd be no polite moving him to the has-been office and waiting for him to resign, or giving him a chance to move up his resignation date.
