TysonM
Manziel is hating this I agree... given how often Browns QBs have floundered in Cleveland he has a tough job ahead of him. No easy ride for him!
martytheman
Cleveland is run by a bunch of morons. They gave up a 3rd and a 5th for basically no reason this year.. did the same in 2012 in the trade up.for richardson
Mr. Sinister
Great quote from Rich Eisen, "The same spot, at 22, the Browns selected Brady Quinn...and the same spot the Browns selected Brandon Weeden." That is ****ing creepy
Taylor703
Cleveland moves back, gets beast of a DB, an extra first and the QB they wanted. Good work!
Thekyle1591
Johnny is gonna light it up in Cleveland with Kyle. Literally everything about Manziel says bust to me. Average arm, small, indecisive, relied on athleticism his entire career. I would've taken Carr in that spot.
SkinsTillIDie
Awwww eagles traded cause their guys are gone lol. They also got a high 3rd for moving down 4 spots. Don't think they're too upset.

Riggo#44
wow Johnny looks really ticked... He goes to the franchise that broke Tim Couch... well. He gets to play both the Ravens and Steelers twice EVERY year HAHAHAHA. Don't forget Brandon Weeden and Brady Quinn

They're happy in Cleveland
RawBBQSauce
No to mention the extra 1st they get next year... what morons. We gave up 2 high first-rounders for our QB...
Veretax
I wonder how much history to position matters.... Only a few Qbs taken at #22. The best of that bunch was Rex Grossman.. HA HA HA... Cleveland has now picked a QB at #22 Three times since 2000.
Riggo#44
Wow...Dee Ford went way earlier than I expected.
LoudMouth12thMan
Johnny is gonna light it up in Cleveland with Kyle. Not against the defenses he's going to face. He's got weapons around him and certainly Kyle will help him grow. I just don't think he's going to pan out in the end. I hope I'm wrong b/c I appreciate his talent and potential. Cooleyfan1993
man, just think, 1 year from now, WE will have a 1st round pick again for the first time since 2012.

darrelgreenie
Literally everything about Manziel says bust to me. Average arm, small, indecisive, relied on athleticism his entire career. I would've taken Carr in that spot. He knows the WCO offense from when Mike Sherman was at A&M should fit well with Kyle's experience adapting the offense to Griffin. Good OL+good RB+good WR? Johnny was better from the pocket then people realize, you should look up his pocket passing numbers. Better arm then people think too. Anyhow... Cyrus Kouandjio and Timmy Jernigan are guys that I like that are still on the board
PartyPosse
man, just think, 1 year from now, WE will have a 1st round pick again for the first time since 2012. Ya... too bad it's gonna be 32nd

Birdlives
Aaaand the Browns still don't have a QB. Our franchise may be mired in pathetic, but we can still say we're not the Browns. Whoopee! So we're closing in on 10 pick left to us. Anyone have some top 10 best available lists for those of us uneducated lazy bums?
PokerPacker
Verrett is a top 10 pick if he's 2 inches taller. And yeah, I figured Heyward would work the slot.Oh, he's short? GB doesn't draft short DBs. I think the cutoff might be 5'10.5"?
PartyPosse
So from that story on ESPN, Cleveland drafted Manziel because a homeless guy told them to? That sounds so... so Cleveland!
goskins10
Doesn't help their dreadful defense, though. No, but it helps their running game and there is a lot of draft left. This was an excellent pick no matter how you look at it. This guy was one of the few day one starters there were. He will be there a long time barring injury.
