Spaceman Spiff
Wow, Avery Bradley. That thing rattled around for about 5 seconds. LeBron ghosted in the 2nd half.

Mr. Sinister
The Cavs will probably come back and win by a million, but there is no excuse losing this game at home
Momma There Goes That Man
Streak ends. Celtics still have no chance but it's nice to see one of the powerhouses take a loss

Destino
Well I was wrong. Maybe the owners asked Lebron to take a night off for that sweet sweet extended series revenue.
Going Commando
19 minutes ago, BenningRoadSkin said: It was the decade that lead to tape delayed finals. They had a drug problem, the ABA, and white middle America dealing with a lot of black players. Sure, the league was sleazy and lousy with drugs, but that was the whole decade. It was fun and vital. Then the 80's came along and America just regressed back to a bland cultural and political graveyard where an overwhelming impulse towards mass appeal made everything vacuous and commercial. The ABA did a lot of good for the NBA. It transformed the league, figuratively and literally after the merger. It added four of the best franchises to the league and brought the playground to the game and defined the NBA as radical and urban. That core identity is what makes the league special today. IMO the league sold out in the 80's and 90's when it became so much more corporate and apolitical. It exploded ratings and made the game more palatable and professional, but it also made it less interesting. Everything became about making money and the quality of competition tanked. I wish the league could get back to the level of parity of the 70's. The NBA needs to stop ****ting on its diehard fans and catering to casuals who only watch a handful of games a year with the dynasty model. The NFL doesn't do it and it is the king of all pro sports leagues. The NFL has the least accessible game of any of the major revenue sports and its fanbase and talent pool has almost no presence outside the country. And it went whole hog on the parity model. And it managed to establish huge fanbases of die-hards who watch multiple games every weekend. Die-hards who are willing to spend a dozen hours on a random weekend in late April watching its draft. And they managed to do so without having a team in the second largest and richest media market in the country for 20 years. It's because every region with a team has hope every year. What's the point in watching the NBA for anyone but Cleveland or Golden State fans?
abdcskins
Hell of a game. Smart and Bradley are two strong guards. Celtics have depth - part of the reason they beat the Wizards.
DM72
Nothing was rigged. You don't think the NBA wanted undefeated vs undefeated?
Momma There Goes That Man
Glad to see Pippen getting work. His hot wife is leaving him and hanging out with kardashians and his financial troubles has been well documented. Going Commando
That was LeBron's first truly bad playoff performance since this one four years ago: http://www.basketball-reference.com/boxscores/201405280IND.html He's the most consistent player in the league. Probably going to go Super Saiyan in the next two.

Jordan wouldn't need to go Super Saiyan. It's his natural form.... Anyways, LeBron made one, count em one point in the final 18:39 per TNT.

Bonez3
What a weird vibe in Cleveland, not just the players but the fans to. Seemed like the whole building was scared to lose, I'm actually thinking C's are gonna come out blazing in game 4. Going Commando
I don't know, it took LeBron having his worst playoff game in like four years for the Celtics to win on a last second shot. And a bum like Marcus Smart having his best game. I think it's a safe bet those two things will never concur again.
