So are we still slandering the Clippers and Pandemic P in here? Twitter let them have it for 24 hours and I bet the slander is still at an all time high. Their roster is very flawed.

I think their roster is fine, this loss felt like a coaching failure to me.  Far too much hero ball let the nuggets back into two games.  There’s a time for hero ball in the playoffs, and really you can’t win without it, but if you rely on it for long stretches against a team getting easy assisted baskets the point swings are huge.  Plus it saps energy from the guys you need to get buckets in the final 5 minutes.

Jokic dominated game 7 but only scored 16 points and shot 5-13.  The Lakers don’t need to worry about Jokic scoring on his defender, they have more than enough fire power to counter that.  What the Lakers need to do is stop the Nuggets from running that one offensive set they used to kill the Clippers:  Murray and Jokic high pick n roll, leading to Jokic with the ball around the free throw line looking to pass or Murray with a good look from three.

I think the Lakers will defend this better than the Clippers did.  Lakers in 5.

Denver two man game is lethal but it makes no sense why the Clippers, with their seventeen different defensive specialists, weren't able to stop it at all.  That was a stark failure.

Thats gotta be coaching right. No coach has ever lost from being up 3-1 twice and Doc has done it three times.

I think a Denver Heat match up would be a lot of fun to watch. There would be lots of prove you got the balls moments for a bunch of young guys who seem to have the balls.

They have no alpha's on their team. Kawhi a defensive specialists, isn't the alpha like a lot of people thought. Also they need to get rid of that load management. How many games did their starting lineup play together? There is no real bond as you can tell. They felt that they could just turn it on any given night.

Also Lakers in 6. I just don't see the Lakers in 5. Denver is good, like scary good.
