Mocountyskins
Its obvious tht there will be a RB contraversy during the off week. Who wins the job for the eagles game? Hightower has played like trash the last three weeks and he had Helu right behind him the last 2 weeks and now Torain comes back and blows them both out of the water. SonOfWashington
We don't have a controversy. We have a three-headed monster.
TheGreek1973
don't change a thing. Get Hightower to start, tire them out and hit them with Helu and Ryan.
NavyDave
No need to change the starting lineup. H.T.H. is a good thing to have
DM72
I don't know, but thank God Torrain ran for a 1st to end the game. I DID NOT want to see Gano come in.
Samuels
Torrain should carry the load period his style is punishing and wears a defense down. Let Helu spell him occasionally when he gets tired. Hightower should be the 3rd down back for his pass protection ability.
2v2nv
I'm going to say THT but I really think we shouldn't view it as a depth kind of thing. It should be a nice weapon against teams to have to prepare for 3 viable RB's. I'll give THT a couple more games but if Torain stays on fire, he definitely needs the starter job within 2 more games. Captain Wiggles
Start Torain. And use Hightower mainly on 3rd downs.
ncr2h
Hightower hasn't earned the job with his play. He is excellent in pass protection, but that's about the extent of what he's offered us this season. Put him on the bench for a game or two, let him stew on it, and hopefully he comes back with a chip on his shoulder just like Torain did today. SBboundbaby
we will probly need all three by seasons end if we keep running and setin up playaction.
rocazares
I hope Torain, but c'mon this tandem is money.
SWFLSkins
You know it is probably not a good game to judge the running backs on. However THT seems to have lost his edge for sure. Helu first looked better in substitute and certainly Torain looked better than both. In Shanny I trust, he is the one that found these guys and he has some history with that./
Oldskool
RBBC in full effect. It doesn't matter who starts, they all will get carries.
terrifNick21
Hightower. Keep it the way it was today.
RonArtest15
Saints made it work in 2009 w. Bush, Bell, & Thomas....no reason why we can't do the same.
The Slamming Butcher
Leave the RB sitch exactly as it is. A fresh Torain is a NIGHTMARE for tired defenses in the second half.
SWFLSkins
Torain on post game right now. 10 carries, 135 yards and a TD. Tough question, how they going to find enough carries for all the backs, Torain- That's up to the coaches. Coach said great job, stayed focused and be ready. hmmm. Pedro
Before today I was thinking RT would get the start to wear down the Iggles D for Helu to step up in the second half. Use Tim on 3rd down type situations.
Backpack3r
Keep it the same. Its good that we have some depth at HB, we can shuffle them in like we have been doing.
#98QBKiller
You have to give it to Torain. I was surprised that Helu beat him out of the #2 job the last few weeks. Hightower is a better change-of-pace back IMO
mi6
No need to change anything. The 3 headed moster is Thunder, Lightning, and Rain! Ryan still needs work on securing the ball. His fumbling issues are not behind him. The O-Line needs to do a better job opening up holes for Hightower.
FSUSkins24
Our running game was a thing of beauty today... Don't change a thing! God I love having three solid running backs. Best part is if one gets injured we still have two. Couldn't ask for more.
Gibbs Hog Heaven
I'd venture Torrain after both today and the revelation on 980 pre-game that Shanahan was on the verge of pulling THT in Dallas, ironically on his TD drive. Hail.
Stophovr6
I like the idea of changing if only to light a fire under Hightowers ass. Keep them competing WITH eachother the entire season.
