China
Locally, I'll go with Elevation Burger here in Falls Church. If you're looking for shakes you could also try Baskin Robbins.

daddys little skins fan
Well Mark the Homer will pretty much swear on Dairy Queen's chocolate shakes. But I, with my usual work-place bias, will have to say that I think Cheeburger Cheeburger's got pretty damn good milkshakes if you ask me. Besides... We have 378,000 flavor combination possibilities... I mean... beat that.

drums and skins
Of those you mentioned, Sonic is the best choice, hands down. Arbys isn't too far behind, but Sonic gets the clear win in this competition . I really wish there was a Steak 'n Shake around here though. I haven't been to one in quite a while. They're delicious. Sticksboi05
Elevation Burger. Their burgers are a step down from Five Guys but the shakes are so good. *Also* -- Sonic's burgers are so good for fast food.
