Washington Commanders 2023 UDFA's

Random internet noise about which UDFA by team will make an impact :

Washington Commanders: Mitchell Tinsley, WR, Penn State

Mitchell Tinsley took Jahan Dotson’s No. 5 jersey at Penn State in 2022, after logging 87 catches for 1,402 yards and 14 scores at Western Kentucky in 2021. Tinsley is 6’0″, 200 pounds, with 32 3/8″ arms, but he’s also a nuanced separator and formidable RAC threat with his physicality and agility (6.7 three-cone). Don’t be surprised if he routes up DBs.

Runner-Ups: S Kendall Smith, OL Mason Brooks, QB Tim DeMorat

is it just me or does he look like he is 14 years old?

Well according to the message, the picture was when he was in high school. I think you are right and he looks about that age there!

Our receiving group is so dang top heavy, it would be nice to have one of these UDFAs step up, especially with Samuel hitting FA next year.  Almost goes without saying that a weapon in the return game would be great as well…

-- Another receiver who got a decent number of targets today was former UCLA wide receiver Kazmeir Allen, who flaunted quickness and elusiveness with the ball in his hands. Granted, defenders aren't allowed to tackle at this point in the year, but Allen looked impressive as he moved past players before heading for the sideline. Rivera mentioned before rookie minicamp that he was excited to see what Allen had to offer, and aside from his abilities as a return specialist, Allen could add another wrinkle in the passing game.

More weapons for EB and Sam Howell to get the ball to. Tinsley is also gonna open some eyes....Dyami Brown better have a big summer and preseason cause this is a prove it year for him.
