Probably more surprising that the SC Dem primary was today than who won

The primary is Tuesday. They're just projecting the winner.

Arab American leaders urge Michigan to vote "uncommitted," send message to Biden https://www.cbsnews.com/news/michigan-vote-uncommitted-biden-israel-gaza/

Earlier this month, Biden sent campaign manager Julie Chavez-Rodriguez to Michigan to meet with Arab American community leaders. They refused to meet with her.

"The lives of Palestinians are not measured in poll numbers," Dearborn Mayor Abdullah Hammoud, said on X. "When elected officials view the atrocities in Gaza only as an electoral problem, they reduce our indescribable pain into a political calculation." In another post to X, Hammoud stated that one Dearborn resident has so far lost 80 family members in Gaza.

Smart enough to realize voting for Don would be worse for their beliefs than voting for Joe. Toon dumb to realize voting" uncommitted"is voting for Don.

Good luck with that Dearborn Mayor Abdullah Hammoud.

Re: Muslim Anger at Biden

Politics is give and take.  Muslims are a part of the Dem coalition, so are Jews.  Would love to see a discussion between someone like this mayor and promonent Jewish politicians.

Why is this missing from our public discourse?  A discussion between Abdullah Hammmoud and Tlaib and people like congressman Brad Sherman and Debbie Wasserman-Schulz.

Actions by Israel and Hamas shouldn't fracture the coalition in this manner.

CNN Poll: Most Americans want verdict on Trump election subversion charges before 2024 vote

Most Americans want to see a verdict on the federal charges former President Donald Trump faces related to election subversion in 2020 before this year’s presidential election, according to a new CNN poll conducted by SSRS. And looking ahead, most expect Trump to pardon himself of any federal crimes he’s convicted of if he wins the presidency – or to refuse to concede if he loses in November.

About half of Americans, 48%, say it’s essential that a verdict is reached before the 2024 presidential election, and another 16% that they’d prefer to see one. Just 11% say that a trial on the charges should be postponed until following the election, with another quarter saying the trial’s timing doesn’t matter to them. A 72% majority of Democrats and 52% of independents say it’s essential that a verdict is reached pre-election. Republicans are more split. While 38% say that a verdict should be reached before the presidential election, including 20% who call that essential, another 39% say it doesn’t matter when the trial is held, and 23% that they think the trial should be held after this election.

Most of his trials will be pushed to 2025 and will never happen if he wins.

You suck at math (and at predictions).  Most means more than half.  He's already lost two civil trials against E. Jean Carroll for$88.3 million, and is about to lose another one against the NY AG for around $300 million.  Of his four criminal trials, two are state trials (thus even if re-elected can't pardon himself) so he's ****ed there.  The documents trial will inexplicably go to 2025 as you claim, but the Manhattan trial will still happen this spring and the election interference trial will still happen this summer.  So by the end of this year he will have lost 5 trials and have one state trial (GA) and one federal trial (documents) pending.  That's not "most."
