Refs or not, the Chiefs are killers in the last 2 minutes. In hindsight, it would have been better for Ekeler to dive down a yard short of first down. This is the problem with committing to the run when it isn’t working. You end up in 2nd and long a lot. The reason we can stay committed to it for now is the commanders are getting positive yards on it. This feels like such a Jay Gruden game: McCoy at QB and running on first down for no yards.
