Cooleyfan1993
If Carson doesn’t work out this season, **** it. Trade anything we have to in order to acquire a high enough pick for Stroud or Young. We NEED a franchise QB. 2

Barry.Randolphe
Looks like another weak QB class...2024 is the year we'll draft our franchise QB. We need to stockpile assets in the meantime. Trade back in 2023 and take a CB/S/LB
KDawg
I’ve started watching bits of the QBs. Stroud is the #1. Young and Stroud are pretty close in overall ability from what I’ve seen. Live arms, good in the pocket. But he’s listed as 6ft and I’m not sure he’s that tall. Does that damn him? No. He’s very likely QB2 in this class, just the tie goes to the taller guy. DJ Ukelele for Clemson is pretty bad. Cam Ward is a wild card. Played in the FCS last season for Incarnate Ward and they played in the title game against Sam Houston. Dude has some absolutely legit passing games. Go look at his stats… tough to find much film on him. But he’s going to Washington State this year, so we’ll see how his game translates. He is not a running QB though. He had -59 rushing against McNeese State. Finished with 77 attempts and 60 something yards. Looking forward to more film. These are the only four I’ve watched with any real detail so far. And they aren’t a slam dunk guarantee they come out, though I suspect at least one of Stroud/Young will, likely 2 of them. Rattler is a wild card. If he can get himself back on track to meet his recruiting hype he’ll find himself back in the equation.
Forever A Redskin
LB is need #1. I think people are overhyping this QB class. Glad we got Wentz and a developmental plan-B in Howell. Could get us through to the 2024 QB class. @KDawg any Luke Kuechlys in this class?
Redskin21502
I think the 2023 QB draft class is much more like the 2020 and 2021 QB draft classes than the 2022 QB draft class. Some real studs in this class like 2020. 2021 had 5 QBs go in the Top 15 IIRC and I wouldn't be surprised to see the same in 2023 especially after only 1 was taken in the first 2 rounds in 2022. Forever A Redskin
Loving this signing. Him and Percy were the heart of the Cajuns 2020 Season was even better than last year. 74 Tackles, 7 TFL, 4.5 Sacks. Transfered from Mizzou after his freshman year. Side note: can we start a UDFA tracker/Discussion thread? Edited May 1, 2022 by Forever A Redskin

Off the top I don't think so. Only backers I can think of off the top of my head are To'o To'o and Sewell. Some safeties, though. The Bama boys are both big time. Always been a fan of Battle. Bet that has something to do with it. 1
KDawg
We all know, or probably know of Bijan Robinson from Texas. I think it's a matter of time before he is the consensus RB1 next year. But how many know about Sean Tucker? I am aware of him because he plays an hour and a half away from my house. But this dude is a BALLER and a name you should get used to. Barry.Randolphe
I think Taulia Tagovailoa will play himself into 4th round territory if he has a strong season. A team like KC, Denver, or Baltimore would probably use him well

But I will.
The Rook
I like to think QB Brennan Armstrong, UVA, will be in the top 10 for QB's if he has a season like 2021, At one point, he led the nation in passing. He's a lefty and he goes through his progressions well. He is one of the reasons Jelani Woods (TE) did so well in 2021. The Rook
Berggy9598
Will Levis is going to make the QB list at some point in the fall. Bryan Bresee is probably the number two DT at the moment Edited May 2, 2022 by Berggy9598
duffy
Give me Michael Mayer from ND or one of the top corners. Edited May 2, 2022 by duffy
Barry.Randolphe
I'd love to have Mayer....reminds me a lot of Ertz or Rudolph. I'd take him in the mid-1st if that's where we're picking next year

They've been churning out TE prospects one after the other for awhile now, and he's the cream of the crop. And as an Eagles fan, I think the comparison to Ertz is not really accurate. Ertz is really poor with his RAC. Mayer is definitely superior to him there.

I’d then say WR again to be honest, especially if Samuel doesn’t meet expectations and Terry is on a 100mil deal.
