I didn't watch the Minnesota game, but the scoreboard shows it's a Final and they lost Both teams were kicking the ball with 4 seconds left on the clock. The Vikings kicker choked and the Cowboys didn't. I was watching both games at the same time. Edited September 19, 2021 by zskins

But it could be worse the Vikings kickers are epically bad Panthers have a kicker issue too. IrepDC
I still want to know who was the second player in motion on that illegal shift call. Maybe I missed it.
Voice_of_Reason
Well, Dallas kicker bailed out McCarthy’s epically bad clock management. Kirk did his job today snd the team still lost. Bad stuff just seems to happen to his teams. Not sure why. The complete dismantling of their defense in order to afford his contract is proabya contributing factor. But that didn’t lead to the doofus missing a 37 yard FG.
757SeanTaylor21
I do wonder if that now that nfl is partnering with casinos to gamble if they are making sure some of the odds go their way.

Even Hopkins would have made that kick. Like I was sayin earlier, we may have a a bit of an issue at kicker, but there's multiple teams in a worse situation. We could easily end up with a worse kicker if we rush into a replacement.

I've screamed at the tv to fire Hopkins plenty of times, but ultimately, I think you're right. Besides, you shouldn't have to rely on your kicker like we have had to rely on our kicker. Score TDs and its not so much a problem.

No Nonsense
The NFL did not want the Cowboys to go down 0-2. That was evident today. Every big play by the Chargers seemed to be called back by some ticky tack penalty. The lineman downfield was probably the worst.
