I'll check out the link. I can't recall where I read about the 3 men...but I do recall one of the other men being the friend that worked with her also. It was certainly reported as three men however. She painted herself into a corner, but Kobe and her did have sex. It's the only reason he decided to just take it on the chin for the civil case. This is partly where the yes means yes comes from. Even Kobe essentially admits that she didn't consent to everything that was done to her. There's a difference between being willing and even wanting to have sex with somebody and wanting and willing to be chocked to the point that it leaves bruising around your neck.
