I once had a cat that used to like to sit on our cars.  One day I got in and didn't notice he was there.  I went to the end of my street and then pulled out onto the main drag. Hitting the accelerator to get up to speed I heard this scratching sound and saw an orange streak slide down my back window.  I pulled over and he was still on top of the car, albeit on the trunk.  I grabbed him and took him home.
