I don't know what county you live in, but nationally we had over 70,000 new cases on Friday, the highest number since the height of cases in July. Across the country numbers are going up, and probably will continue to do so as more people spend more time indoors with other people as the weather gets colder. Too early to get complacent. Too early to get complacent. i am in Montgomery County MD and in Gaithersburg it is not that bad. If everyone was wearing a homemade hazmat suite then it would feel normal. Very one is wearing a mask as mandated by local health and government authorities. Sure you can never be too caution but I thought that was a little overboard imo. At half a mile my split time was 7:40/mile. But I couldn’t keep that pace up and dropped to 8:12 for the run. I don’t think I’ve run a sub 8 mile since middle school. it hurt. It still hurts.
