NoCalMike
Kavanhaugh will still likely be appointed regardless of his opinion on anything. It is really going to be up to the rest of the Supreme Court to not come down on the wrong side of history when it comes to expanding powers & protections for the executive branch. That's an odd way to suggest police brutality or that Kavanaugh should be arrested. I don't think the Dems want to go that far, but if YOU ARE suggesting Kavanaugh belongs behind bars he must have done something really, really, REALLY awful. That's not the issue. The issue is that he shouldn't and that he's very much on the wrong side of several really important issues... which is of course why he was picked in the first place. It would be a great thing for America if he somehow got scuttled.

Kilmer17
He’s a boring conservative judge. He’d be on any gop potus short list. Hes only “on the wrong side” because people here think the only “right side” has Sontamayor and RBG on it. 2

If if you want to mess with one of them just casually float that once trumps been impeached and removed and arrested all of his appointments should be impeached and removed. Its like Ike pouring a 5 gallons of gas on a leaf pile and igniting it.

He he believes a President is above the law and ought to be immune from prosecution regardless of any wrongdoing.
