Trump is whining that the judge won’t let him attend Barron’s graduation.

Guess how many of the graduations of his four other children he attended?

If you guessed anything other than zero, you underestimate what a hypocritical prick Donald Trump is.

That's for the other Trump thread about his criminal trial. I know it's confusing because this man is in court everyday,

So it's not next Monday?

No, there's a hearing next Monday but they had to get documents in today. The lawyers and the judge will look it over and the judge should probably decide then. Looking at these tweets it seems like sending Trump back to the drawing board going to be the outcome.

Trump's documentation mentiones the WRONG SECURED PARTY (!!!)...yeah, this was cobbled together at the very last second. They probably forgot they had to turn it in today lol..

Wouldn’t be surprised if this is one of those things his people do to make it hard for people to claim what they’re owed.

the guy has a long history of screwing over people that have contracts with him

Hadn't thought of that...I wouldn't put it past either of them to do that.

Then again, I also wouldn't put it past anyone associated with Trump to just be completely incompetent at their job lol...

Not sure why Trump should keep getting do-overs.  First he had his bond reduced, then his bond company isn't qualified and he gets more time to straighten it out and they still can't get it right.  Tell him to pay immediately or the DA will start seizing assets.

Don't forget that the reduced bond also came with an extension.

That's exactly what it is.

None of this is buffoonery or incompetence, no matter how much they'd like everyone to believe they make honest mistake after honest mistake.
These are delaying tactics, nothing else. Every single "mistake" is calculated to take advantage of the toothless law and extend the time they have left to breathe.

I also heard/read more than a few people claim it could be considered inchoate fraud. And if Trump's legal team put the documentation together, then yes, they are indeed incompetent enough to make a mistake like that lol...there is a litany of legal ****-ups his attorneys have committed over the last 4 years.

Doesn't matter. These people are all in on the idea that if they can drag it out long enough he will be elected or somehow put in power and they will all be rewarded while the judges are maybe thrown in jail. (or more likely, outed so the mob can 'step in'.)

It's their only chance.

Completely agree with all of that...

When it comes to Trump, though, I'm just not willing to take "incompetence" off the table lol.

Honestly, I don't think this is the trial that Dumbo should want to delay. However, if he want to take the stand closer to the election and admit banging a porn star or commit perjury...I welcome it.

Also, I said this would stress him out and you would see it take its toll. I most meant on his mind, but physically, he looks like **** too. He looks like I did after I helped watched the kids I live with when their mom went out of town for ten days (TEN DAYS!!!).

I’m imagining the scenario is everyone did their part to put it all together and spent days if not weeks waiting for the final signature. Only to have Trump literally wait until the last minute to sign, right up against a deadline, causing such and oversight

one that probably in a regular business dealing not subject to such scrutiny slips by. Only to be discovered when he doesn’t pay them back, they go to enforce the contract, which then creates leverage for team Trump to litigate or refuse to pay. Ultimately ending in him not paying or paying a significantly reduced amount as a settlement.

his people are known for creating and abusing such situations. There’s a list miles long of small contractors claiming they never got paid because they couldn’t afford to go after him on the contract.
