Moose & Squirrel v Boris & Natasha: what's the deal with the rooskies and trumpland?

Stein was definitely a Russian asset.

Whether she was knowingly one or simply an unwitting dupe who got taken in by some honeyed words and then allowed to frolic to create division, we don't know.  I'd lean towards the latter, but one way or another she was doing Putin's bidding.

Glenn Greenwald is the chief of the Bernie Bro tribe. He thinks Clinton lost because the Democrats are not far enough to the left. That plays very well with his merry band of socialists (a group that is smaller than he thinks) and also with mindless Republicans who just like that he bashes Democrats.

Maybe I'm in my own bubble here but I have a hard time believing the average American voter thinks that the Dems are too far to the right, whether or not it's true. But if you're like Glenn and believe 100% that "Bernie would have won" then that has to be part of your argument. I think he's completely full of ****.

The Dems are not left enough.

But Glenn Greenwald is probably an agent for Russia, along with Trump.

I think the plan maybe to wait and see if there is an audience in either house or Senate likely to act on info coming to light through the investigation. It could drastically change how they present it and how much they present, the probable versus the proven beyond any doubt.

Yeah, Trump and Putin are too smart to be caught in only a year

Putin yes, Trump no. It just takes more than a year to put the entire case together in order burn his Administration into the ground.

Putin’s master stroke was that no matter how any of this worked out he would win.

I got time I guess.

I think once the Dems take back Congress that they pass a law that once Trump is impeached for illegal Russian collusion that every Executive act he made is automatically and instantly reversed, including judicial appointees, EO’s and ANY legislation he signed.

Pretty sure that is unconstitutional and a very dangerous slope.

This Russia scandal is bigger than Trump.

I think you’re right.  I think Trump worked with the Russians because he wanted to be president.  But Russia’s goal is to destabilize the country, which Trump is doing quite well as President.  They also did a great job on the Democrats getting the Bernie Bros to hate Hillary and vice versa.  Full disclosure, I WOULD have voted for Bernie, not Hillary.  Perhaps the Russians got me too (of course I’ve been anti Hillary since Obama primaries).

I think this is all bigger than even politics.

A lot of prominent people may have been compromised.

Agreed on both counts.  He's either astonishingly stupid (he's not) or he's a shill for the Russians.  ****ing propagandist.  Wouldn't be surprised if he's been working for Russian intelligence since before Snowden fled.
