sacase
The problem with the Hamilton play and other venues is people using your job to spout your political stance. people want entertainment not to be bombarded by political rhetoric. we want to eacape the politics. expreas your view on your own time. that goes to any political stance. I don't see eye to eye with Romney on a number of things, but he would absolutely take the job extremely seriously. He has Presidential temperament, which will be crucial for ensuring we can maintain the positive progress we've made on building and strengthening our alliances over the past 8 years. He would also take the situation in SE Asia very seriously, even if he's not quite an expert in the realm, but taking it seriously is an important first step. Romney won't allow himself to be blinded regarding SE Asian affairs like I suspect Trump might, he will absolutely be able to take a fair and accurate measure of the situation and craft reasonable planned responses. Now, Trump *could* override him and junk whatever Romney proposes, but after a few blunders Trump might fall back on someone like Romney more. Of course, if Romney disagrees too much with Trump, someone like Bannon might start pushing Trump to expel Romney. In which case it's likely a race between Trump beginning to value good advice he'll get from people like Romney or first deciding to expel them for not yes-menning hard enough. In Trump's America all standards of decorum are defunct. He had his rally attendees boo the press pool as part of his show. He is a twitter troll. God help our country. redskinss
The most disgusting thing about this whole Hamilton thing is the response from trump. The presidents response to this should have been to tell the country how disheartening it is to know that this statement was deemed to be necessary. He should have gone on to agree with the sentiment of the cast and reassure them that everything that they said will be the foundation of their administration. But since (and this is the truly scary part) they dont actually agree with the speech given by the cast they were forced to get defensive and deflect the plea that was given to them by demanding an apology just because it was an inappropriate time to have addressed the vice president. The next 4 years are gonna be very divisive.

BornaSkinsFan83
I don't know how I feel about Romney. I respected the hell out of his "bigots and bigotry are THE non-starter" stance during the election. And to now fold on that... On the other hand, it would be nice to have an adult in the room. That didn't really get us much with Powell though so... Wait and see I guess.
