worldpost
I've taken a break from this board this year, but this game brought me back .. Great win by this team, it would have been easy to let the game fall the other way in the second quarter. Maybe that distant corner has been turned. skinsfan1523
Went to the game today, was one of the most fun games I've ever been to. The second half was basically just a redskins party everyone was pumped up. Had a fair amount of Saints fan chanting that stupid who dat after their first two scores, but didn't hear anymore of that, unless it was Skins fans giving them a hard time. And then when we were finishing up our ass kicking, the scoreboard was showing the bucs and dolphins taking the lead which of course got everyone even more hyped. Overall one of the most fun days at FedEx I've ever been to.

Jacoah
There is not ONE blurb this morning about the Redskins/Saints game on nfl.com. I mean, COME ON, we just destroyed a team to move up to second place in the NFC East and they can't mention one goddamn thing about us? Really?? The Wicked Wop
Dirty ass player Whats crazier is he almost doesn't care that Matt Jones is running free on the opposite team. It looks like he's on a special teams play except he's blocking for the WRONG TEAM as if Long was the one trying to make the tackle. I can only imagine say what were you thinking as a coach, that would drive me mad. I guess Browner must have been happy with 3 tackles and called it a game. I'm talking about the front page. You'd think there'd be some mention of the blowout. The story about Kirk and his dad is a great read. I truly hope his father can overcome the cancer and continue to watch his son play football for years to come.
thehogs
Great win! So good it gets to the point where you wonder just how bad your opponent is! NO have been blown away by us and the Eagles and dragged out a win against the Giants where they leaked 49 points. In all they have given up 135 points in those 3 games against our division. Anyway, thats their problem!
killer938
Great win yesterday but I would like to thank the Redskins for something else. I live over here in France and so the weekend was obviously a very stressful time for all of us. I have many friends up in Paris and so there was obviously frantic calling around as soon as the news broke. I, along with many others, had at least a couple of colleagues at the concert in Paris on Friday night and while one of them thankfully made it out the other one was not so fortunate. His wife made it out as well which, although is good news, must be about the worst thing imaginable for her, I cannot even imagine what she is going through. Anyway, I would like to thank the Redskins, and the rest of the NFL, for their impeccable tribute before the games to what happened and obviously all the cities over there for their tributes over the last few days, the support from everyone over there means a lot. If anyone can pass these thanks on to the appropriate people at Redskins park then that would be greatly appreciated. HTTR!
DC9
Dirty ass player Alright... I BROKE down a play for my wife last night. It was the one I talked about earlier where Reed caught the TD on Brouwner at the end of the 3rd. It was a 10 minute lecture on just how good Cousins has gotten, because that play was all him and the thing he was doing on it were like - whoa... But at the very end of the monologue (and my wife was actually into this) I paused the dvr and pointed to Brouwner. I showed how much I loved that Reed got up and smiled in his face like "Yea? Was that fun you poo butt?" Can't stand that guy...
GoSkins0721
<Browner hit on Long> Dirty ass player That should require a game suspension & large fine for that blindside hit. And he was on DEFENSE when he did it. Really dirty ass player...

That was really much appreciated throught the NFL, NHL, and wherever in the world that cared for us. And I'll never thank the team enough for making me thinkgs about something else for almost 3 hours on sunday evening. Was just having fun watching them play, and nothing else mattered at that time. One of my best feelings for a long time. I'll repeat, but yes Kirk, I like that, more that you can imagine.
