Skinsfan1311
Traditional today. All cooked inside. Standing rib roast, mashed potatoes w/gravy and green beans. Mrs. Skinsfan made several batches of cookies, so no pie or cake. Beer, lots of beer and bourbon. Merry Christmas!

AsburySkinsFan
@LadySkinsFan no need to cry, this is our tradition. My wife really doesn't like holiday cooking so we have quiet Christmases.

Riggo-toni
My sister gave me a Sous Vide cooker for Christmas. I had never heard of them, but I can't wait to try it out on some shrimp.

steve09ru
Mr. Brew batch in (Pilsner) And pizza on wood pellet (hickory, oak, apple) - rubbed with melted butter, garlic, oregano and used some regular sauce with some garlic hot sauce mixed in and a blend of mozzarella and cheddar with pepperonis and banana peppers Bottom burned a bit but top flavor was good- feel like the oil coated plate screwed with temp, probably try a closed vent straight on rack next time Edited December 29, 2018 by steve09ru
skinsmarydu
I like my pizza extra crispy, doesn't matter which side. (And I work in a pizza joint that's been in business for 38 years this past October). Nicely done. 👍
skinsmarydu
So the Caps started falling apart, and I had gotten 2 of the boneless pork chops from my Omaha Steaks order out... Marinating in honey mustard & a little pepper. They're pretty thin, so Imma go with 10 minutes at 300, and a quick broil at the end for a crisp.

LadySkinsFan
So tomorrow New Years luck dinner is from the Pennsylvania Dutch pork, sauerkraut, and potatoes in the slow cooker for hours. Using boneless chops, not making dumplings because health. I'm making black eyed peas for Southern luck. I don't know what they do hear in TX. Will find out for next year. Bbq maybe?
