SouthsideDC Posted October 19, 2014 Share Posted October 19, 2014 Cousins is playing poorly which is what SHOUlD happen to a guy who is starting his first couple of games in the NFL. If others were treated the way you want cousins treated, there would have never been a Peyton manning or a joe Montana or a terry Bradshaw. The sad thing here is he still the best they got because the other guy is just a running back trying to play quarterback. Cousins right now will 3x the picks rg3 would, and the G3 would take 3x the sacks or ruin 3x the number of passing attempts that cousins would. Washington has NO quarterback and they have to go back to the drawing board and draft one , a real quarterback, with their first pick next year Come on now, this is his well documented history of play. He has had 3 full off seasons, including a majority of the pre season snaps. He has started and played in more than a couple of games. What SHOULD happen is he should be so much further along and not making such horrible throws and looking as scared as a sheep in a lions den. After all he has played in a pro style offense his entire college career. RG3 has played behind this horrid O line and made it look good at times, sure he would take a sack because as they are coached to take a sack rather than give the ball to the other team in good field position. Also please point me to any NFL expert that agrees with you that RG is a running back trying to play QB. I would love to read that analysis of his game, thanks in advance.
