I have no faith in him becoming anything other than another guy to rotate in when a starter gets tired. It's a real shame considering who was still on the table with the original 2nd pick. Gibbs 2 was better than Shanahan with the Skins, and Gibbs had Jason Campbell and Brunell at QB and still made the playoffs twice. And in their first go around (or Shanahan's first and second go around) Gibbs still had him beat. Not sure why being a football fan makes Shanahan the obvious choice.
