NFL Preseason Live package - Issues any body else had problems?

I decided to bite the bullet and spend the 20 bucks (a movie night) and watch the preseason online.   I had logged in several times prior to the game start and all was a go!

Well games getting ready to start and I can't get logged in, getting multitude of errors from server timed out to unable to respond to error code 503, and 504.   Online chat was a no go.  Called the support number and all I got was a fast busy.

I did finally get logged in after 10:00 PM and watched the game on replay, but it was frustrating.

I just tried to log in from another state to watch the games for tonight and bingo same problems.   Looks like it's not ready for prime-time.

Was curious if anybody else experienced any issues?

I had the exact same symptoms last night... haven't tried tonight..  did a google search on 'nfl live stream' and found a site that provided the game via flash for free...   i'll probably give the NFL people a chat tomorrow during the day to try to get a refund.

My only problem was the bleepin delay.

Got real annoying in the 3rd and 4th, with people in chat (OK, person in chat, since there were only 3 people in chat) commenting about a play, when I'm still watching the team in the huddle.

I kept on getting kicked off at the submit payment screen. Tried multiple computers at work, all kicked me back to the sign in screen with errors. Received an alert from PayPal half an hour later and was charged twice. Now waiting for Preseason Live to respond back and refund. Friday morning I was able to sign on and watch all the games, just waiting on the money issue to be resolved.

I sent them an email Thursday night detailing what I went through. Got an email Friday morning stating they were looking into the issue. Got another email this afternoon telling me I could keep the subscription and that they were issuing me a refund of the full price.

Yup, I signed up, got charged and its still asking me for a subscription and payment. Waiting to hear from support.

Got the same thing until I clicked on the launch prompt. It worked good for me,only got kicked off once all night. Picture quality was very good.

NFL Game Pass 2015

http://www.nfl.com/gamepass?referrer=PSL&icampaign=gpdomestic_psl_redirect

This looks interesting.  Includes Live Preseason games and time-delayed Regular Season Games.

I wonder what the cost will be.

If one is out of market (that is, not living in the DC area) and can go into a cone of silence for 4-6 hrs or so on Sundays, the Redskins games can be watched, commercial free.  National games are live already.  It has to be A LOT cheaper than the $360 DirecTV wants to charge for NFL Sunday Ticket MAX this year!

Small print on the bottom of the webpage:

NFL Game Pass is only available to users within the United States, Bermuda, Antigua, the Bahamas, any U.S. territories, possessions and commonwealths (including American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands), and Mexico.

Aside from being charged 3 times for 1 subscription, no, it worked ok for me.

They also never got paid since they charged me 3 times, i called, they only got rid of 1 charge. I called my cc company and told them not to pay any of them and they never did. It still works too. Suckers

The NFL will soon offer a new on-demand video feature to users of its NFL Mobile app called Game Pass. With Game Pass, fans will be able to watch all 256 regular season games on-demand through their mobile device, as well as on a number of set-top boxes, as well as console like the Xbox One and Xbox 360. In addition to regular season games on-demand, you'll also be able to watch live, out-of-market pre-season games, as well as the entirety of past seasons since 2009, including Super Bowls.

NFL Game Pass gives you a variety of ways to experience games. You can turn off scores for match-ups that you have yet to watch. If you don't have time or inclination to watch a full game, they can be condensed down to 30-minute segments. You can analyze games using exclusive camera angles from All-22 and EndZone.

All games will be available commercial-free and in HD. As part of the rollout of Game Pass, Game Rewind, a similar feature from the NFL, will be discontinued on July 31. No pricing announcements have been made for Game Pass, though the Game Rewind feature is currently available for $24.99.
