  1. Perhaps but that seems awfully odd for a Monday game.
  2. The release shows Buffalo at New England for the Monday of Christmas weekend (28 December) ... https://nflcommunications.com/Documents/2020 Football Information/05 07 20 - Regular-Season Schedule.pdf Meanwhile ... Thanksgiving?? In Dallas?? AGAIN ??!! Four times (12, 16, 18, 20) spanning nine seasons; five Thanksgiving games in that same stretch when counting that night game in 17.
  3. I presume the final week will remain intra-divisional ...
  4. This was shared in another forum; might be worth following and/or contributing (for those who have time to do the latter) https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1r3gyZ6JnLwclxlyvBQ-wvZ59Jevby5QIUUO-KtX9zvU/edit#gid=0
  5. Definitely not taking this bait ... Two words: Steve Spurrier. Move along, nothing to see here ... Wash, rinse, repeat. Wash, rinse, repeat. The fact that he blamed the fans (eight and a half minutes in that presser is when the question came that elicited the response) was over the top fo rme. it's the same movie, just different players; "shame on you" to anyone who falls for this bait yet again. The only answer is selling the team. Full stop.
  6. I think Schirff (sp?) with the first pick of the 2015 draft had me thinking Scot was going to right the ship; that along with his previous success out west.
  7. I've tried to remain optimistic about that over these last 21 seasons; the McCloughan debacle did it for me. He had us on the right track and was on the outside looking in within two seasons. (I contend the ownership did not support him as they should have.) BAZINGA !! I'm surprised more people don't see it ... (or perhaps just not wanting to openly admit that fact) @Skinsfan1311 We found your conspiracy theory, brother.
  8. Nope ... Allen is not the root cause; see Schottenheimer, circa 2001. ... which includes Snyder selling the team. Until that happens, I'm not taking the bait.
  9. I've seen this story play out enough times these last 21 seasons. We hire someone reputable, albeit a GM or head coach, but is stifled by The Danny's meddling after which that person is shown the door for a reason that is somehow justified. The root of all the angst with this franchise is the owner and, since he is our age, probably won't sell the time (literally) in our lifetime; until **HE** is forced to sell the team, I'm not taking this bait.
  10. How far into the presser do we get before Brucie blames the fans? It was eight and a half to nine minutes in this one ... https://www.redskins.com/video/president-bruce-allen-press-conference
  11. Did the league do away with the "one time zone travel" rule for Thursday night games? If not, then those games can only be Monday night. Maybe the Arizona game can be the one in Timbuktu that brings them into a new international series.
  12. My first reaction was that we do host Cincinnati next season but since the two teams already played out there in 2016, I doubt they'd send that game again. Other out of division rotational home games: Baltimore, Rams, and Seattle. Positional home opponent: NFC South.
  13. You eluded to that a year and a half ago when I initially could not renew due to potentially being RIFed but took a pass on getting my old seats a month after getting connected with a different contract. I'm sorry it has come to this for you and Mrs. SkinsFan ...
  14. The ticket, of course ... would need to consult with that Chestnut fella to eat $87 worth of hot dogs at the tailgate.
  15. I believe that would include not playing fantasy games. That's a back breaker for many I know ... That's the one thing I do miss but, after having to give up the tickets in Spring 2018 due to a looming layoff (RIF due to contract ending), I couldn't justify the expense. The subsequent antics by both the team and league turned me off to various offers to renew that summer (after securing a spot supporting a different contract). I see my old section is showing up for $15; guessing a loss of $100 against face value. No doubt a W
