Destino
Havent looked at the numbers after last week but before it this team was passing more than 60% of the time. People said it was because we were behind in games. As you can see today that isn't the case. Kyle = Reid Jr.
BucketHTTR
With 3 timeouts.. Running the ball would of been logical.
CjSuAvE22
If you give Kyle a half decent qb, and a good receiver this offense easily becomes top 10.....you guys cant expect a mercedes benz with honda car parts.
JCav06
Unless the Redskins are tanking for a draft pick, there is absolutely no reason why there were no run plays for a running back averaging 6 yards a run.
Larry Brown #43
Aren't there like 30 seconds left in the half with 1 timeout? Isn't throwing kindof the way to go there? My thoughts exactly.
Bat~man
I'll take 13-10, we need to start running the ball more tho..it makes absolutely NO sense why we stopped when we have been successful with it. Rex Grossman is NOT Tom Brady, he is a scrub that we are giving TOO many chances to make a bone headed mistake.
Santana_89
It is my sincere hope that it gets better after halftime on both sides of the ball.
ArmchairRedskin
Is someone paying Kyle to *** up play calling? Kyle wants to draft a good QB.

Skins3000
Yes, but not 6 or 7 consecutive. They had plenty of chances to run the ball and keep giving Rex chances to throw an INT. At least give Helu a chance to punch it in. I agree, Helu running well and the offensive line are opening holes what in the world is wrong with Kyle and his play calling. POPS needs to check his son. GSF
Kyle is the worst playcaller, especially in the redzone. empty backfields and shotguns...run the friggin ball or use the playaction. We don't have tom brady...

Voice_of_Reason
At work and can't watch. Just following on NFL.com and through Chat. Help a fellow out: 1. Who gets the ball first in the 2nd half? 2. Looks like they are able to run it pretty well. Aside from all the comments about not running it in the last couple of drives. True? 3. How is the OL? Looks like some pretty decent down field stuff and running, are they doing ok? 4. Has Doughty made a typical Doughty play? (In good position, but can't either make the tackle, or the pass goes right over his head, or the receiver runs away from him?) 5. Looks like the defense found it's sea legs after the first drive, only giving up 1 figgie after that. Overall thoughts?

Bobbyst21
Man i really hope we feed Helu the rock more in the 2nd half. Started off great running. What already 60+ yards and then, poof, its gone.
skinsmania123
Knowing how Rex throws INT's at the worst possible times, knowing that Helu is running well, how the hell do you keep tossing the ball like this Kyle? I honestly do not get it.
RichmondRedskin88
One of the commentators during the halftime report in response to the hail mary TD by the chiefs went WHAT A CLUSTER and then they cut him off. LOL
Larry Brown #43
So if we hold on to win, it looks like Tampa (among others I'm sure) will move ahead of us in draft position. Tampa looks to be headed for a loss vs. Carolina today. Not saying I want to lose, but just pointing it out for those who care. Not sure that Freeman would keep Tampa from drafting a QB. JWB
Honda makes a damn fine automobile. But Honda's are reliable...Rex could have been picked twice in the endzone. The play calls would be fine if we had a different qb. We should be using Rex like the the Jets use Sanchez - training wheels please.

Overall thoughts? 1) Jets 2) Helu has had a couple of nice runs, particularly to the outside. 3) The OL can't really be faulted at all. The only pressure Rex has really faced was on blitzes where the RB didn't handle the pass rusher very well. 4) Doughty has been fine, but Sanchez has been throwing underneath mostly and so he hasn't been tested. 5) Defense has been solid but unspectacular. Not much pressure on Sanchez, allowing underneath stuff but no big plays, decent against the run.
