I called today and they said you’ll have a fed ex tracking number by this evening. Surprise, that hasn’t happened. I called back at 4 and waited 30 minutes and no answer. If you get to Thursday, and you still don't have your tickets, that would be extremely annoying and a ridiculous mistake by the organization. We're not there yet. Not getting tickets by the first game? Bad mistake by the business, but you can still get into the game. Not getting an email before the tickets are delivered? Yawn. The drama is too early. Worst case, if you don't have your physical tickets, and you don't have a cell phone, and you are actually planning to go to the game, you still can. There's no way a person should be required to use technology to access tickets they've already paid for. I have season tickets to the Redskins, Capitals and the Valor. I hate having to pull up a digital ticket on my phone. And FYI I work in IT. Ever try to pull up a digital ticket with 20k folks using the same cellular network in a close area?
