I know if you have anything listed on the ticket exchange it will not allow you to do an upgrade. Even if you listed and removed or listed and haven’t sold. Just something I learned the hard way.
It’s a COVID thing. It was that way last year for the one hone game they had. They hold the money to ensure the game is played. Otherwise, they would have to get the money back, and issue refunds etc. it sucks, but I can see why they have to do it.
You can call the ticket office and they just lie to you to get off the phone. I called today and they said you’ll have a fed ex tracking number by this evening. Surprise, that hasn’t happened. I called back at 4 and waited 30 minutes and no answer. They literally should never wonder why no one wants season tickets. They are beyond pathetic.
I was at the soccer game at Fed Ex tonight and they have increased the price of Bud Light to 10.50. Not sure if it’ll be the same at the real football games, but that was today’s price.
My upgrade window was at 10 AM. I could not get in either. I still can’t. I figured it was because I sold a game on the ticket exchange and already have those seats committed to someone. Then the system disqualified me. I wasn’t going to change anything anyway, but it’s still fun to look around.
Congratulations. Great seats!
I just checked an email from the Redskins "Memorial Day" special and you can still buy lower level corner or end zone seats at face. They are comparable to zone D and less than half price. Plus there is no contract. Just a thought.
I PM'd you the link

I received an email on my alternate email address for people that are not season ticket holders. It was called Memorial Day special. The link is still good. Others on here have also received it. It offered really good seats and they are still on there today. No lower sidelines (105) was the closest sideline section. It was to entice people to buy tickets off the wait list.
Just to let you all know...if you look at the email the team sent for the Memorial Day special, still today, you can buy good lower level seats 207 208 236 237. Groups of 4 some against the wall etc. lots of end zone and corner seats also.
I wanted to add that the Redskins have dropped the policy of transferring tickets only to direct family members. Now you can transfer to friends etc. just FYI y'all.
Is there a way for season ticket holders to allow someone else to purchase their tickets from their account and have them directly mailed to that purchaser? This would provide protection for both the purchaser and the seller. Also, the account holder retains their season ticket rights going forward. I was not sure if this is an option, any input is appreciated. Thanks!
