Seems like there are going backwards. I have friends that have less years then me that are 9am. Mine is 11am. My other friend hasnt heard anything and has had tickets longer than me

I was able to move to sect 142 this morning aisle seats. Keep refreshing those tickets were not there yesterday

I Was not happy with the whole upgrade process. Never got a notification about my upgrade date and time. I called the ticket office and had to give him my account number 3 times before he was able to tell me my day was Thursday at 12pm and I was sent an email with a link to access the upgrade process. I tried to access the link and was not able to see any tickets. I called the office again and was told they were having issues and was told there were no tickets available for me. I have been a ticket holder for 13 years and my upgrade window was during the last wave. Not sure how that is possible. Granted I’m not expecting to be at the front but assumed I’d be somewhere in the middle. Seems as though I got missed somewhere along the line and was thrown in at the end.needless to say I was very dissapointed

Yea they really lag on getting the tickets out. They don't give you much time to sell preseason tickets. My friend got his Giants tickets over a week ago.

I think it depends where your seats are. I've called the ticket office multiple times since April trying to add 2 seats with no luck

Looks like its a go now as far as transfering tickets somewhere other the nfl ticket exchange. Just transfered preseason tickets to an out of town friend

Forget about listing tickets on nfl ticket exchange. I tried listing jets preseason my tickets are $64.90 each. The cheapest i could list for is $117.00 each and the buyer would pay 133.00 each. I called nfl ticket exchange they said the redskins control what you can list for. I guess they are trying to keep the tickets out of the visitors hands

Tried to transfer bills tickets via email to the guy that sits beside me. Could not get it to work. Called the ticket office he said you should be able to use this feature by the end of the week. I hope hes right
