  1. Anyone have any advise for purchasing tickets for the away Falcons game? I have searched all the ticket outlets and the fees are crazy. thanks

  7. This is what i was told by my rep Hope all is well and you + your family are doing well! We are still awaiting more information regarding the season if we are able to have fans and if it is limited capacity how many people. With that said we have not yet started doing that as we are waiting for the update. I did see the Ravens announcement; they have PSL’s there (Permanent Seat Licenses) so they essentially have to get people to not come this year if it is determined to be limited capacity. Many of the PSL teams are handling this a little differently than teams without PSL’s like ourselves. Of course, in the event the games are cancelled or played with no fans you would be able to choose between a refund and a credit to next year.   8. This is what i was saying earlier. My rep hung up on me because i used the word bs. They should be looking out for the few dieharts they have left not penalize them for paying on time
  9. They are holding season tickets for those that are on the fence. I spoke to the ticket office. Upsets me that loyal folls like us that pay on time do not have ample opportunities to upgrade that we should
  10. According to info listed online under my acct in frequently asked questions , seat upgrades were delayed to the week of may 18th due to the extension to pay invoices because of covid-19. It looking like that will not be happening this week as i have not seen any posts of anyone getting an email with their upgrade time slot

  12. Still no tickets. Now they are saying they are lost. What a joke. They are sending me generic tickets lol 15 years season ticket holder , paid my bill in full in march and this is what i get ????
