Did anyone get any season ticket package mailing? Just wondering or do they not send anything out since everything is digital now?

Nothing yet this year and I guess that means nothing.

Yeah, my rep left a little bit after they sent out the original form. Just texted the generic number so hopefully I didn't miss out. Thanks for the info!

Make sure that you have one for the game Saturday.  You have to download a new one for every game.

Ok thank you.  I was baffled to see there was one ticket to park, a different one to enter the stadium, a different one to go to your seat.

It's 3 downloads, at minimum,(based on a single ticket), as follows:

 

1 Parking Pass

1 Ticket (this is the one that gains admittance to the stadium and your seat)

1 Gold Member ticket*

 

*you don't have to have a Gold Member ticket, but you really should get that too when they transfer them, so you can take advantage of the perks.

So my wife's family bought season tickets for the first time ever this year.  5 club seats with the Gold membership.  They're a little disappointed thus far, as when we went to the open practice last week they ran into another lady there who also bought her tickets at the same time as they did so they were sharing this experiences.

 

The lady received an autographed jersey from Payne and our family hasn't received anything like that.  The reps response was well this was her first time buying season Tix, well it was ours too.

 

The seats also didn't have new cushion like was promised.  So far it's meh, however we brought 3 kids to the game yesterday so that free food was  niiice.  We probably got $500 worth of food (if you were to put a stadium price on it)

Not surprised, that seems to happen a lot.  The Team typically gives non-season ticket holders good incentives to sign up if you play hardball.  As for the seats, they only put the nice new mesh seats in the club level around the 40 to 40 yard line.  The other seats are the old ones, though I did notice they replaced my seat cushion which was worn out when I went to select a seat day.

So did the fantasy draft at the stadium tonight after delivering some more of the canvas stuff. That was a really cool event and I thought really well done. We had an awesome time. Thought Dexter Manley was gonna crush my hand man is huge

They said over 2,000 people came which is more than they thought would do it so I am guessing they will do it next year. Our league wants to draft this way every year.

We had Ravin Caldwell stop by our suite and we did shots of Bourbon with him.

It was very cool we kinda got the high life treatment we were in owners club west but it was awesome with the food and the beer and I got to show off some of my canvas stuff to people

Interesting, wonder how many people they had at the Family Field Day,  I thought it was a pretty decent turn out for being held after a pre-season game though it annoyed me it was only 1 1/2 hours, we didn't get to do each event because the lines were so long.

Yeah I think a lot of this is trial and error on their part right now being as it’s the first season doing a lot of this stuff. For example with our ultra everything is on a weekday which is super obnoxious as someone that lives in tidewater. If I didn’t get the amount of pto I get I wouldn’t be able to do half of it. I’d imagine you’ll see improvements year to year atleast I hope

Ok so this season after 13 years of season tickets I moved to the Club Level.  So far I'm completely underwhelmed.  I've been to 3 out of the 4 home games so far and here my experiences so far.

 

1. The bathrooms which used to be nice and clean now look like the 100 and 400 level.  They are nasty and no one seem to be cleaning them.

2. The Free Food they advertise for Gold Members usually has insane lines (upwards of 15-20 minutes).  Note this seemed to have gotten better the last couple of games, but at least today at the Titans game when I tried to grab some food at halftime, I still waited almost 15 minutes just to get in the Gold Lounge.  Also they are doing a bad job policing the lines and random non-sth are being let in.

3. The area outside section 310, smells of smoke and weed from all the folks smoking on the ramp there.

4.  The Club level so very congested now, I know they are pushing this level hard by sales, but way to crowded now.

 

5. (not specific to the club level) -  The Redzone lot which I've parked at for years has gotten insanely crowded.  They removed 1/4th of the lot and turned it to rideshare which now forces everyone to park closer together.

Yeah Howie, today my mom and I went to the stadium for the first time in four years, and 2018 was the year where Lafemina had gone away from the team dumping tons of tickets onto the secondary tickets onto the secondary market, and you could tell club attendance really took a hit that season.  The attendance numbers for the first two games this season seemed encouraging, but today the numbers seemed to go back to those of last year, under 52K today.

 

We sat in 337 (got tickets on Stubhub). Used to be club regulars for close to 20 years, and it was noticeable how it seems like they've taken out a ton of seating and tables on the concourse where people could eat and relax pregame.  I think its cool that they are giving new club level members perks like the free parking and the free food. Wow, they made the one food court section near 337 dedicated gold member lines, and also turned what used to be the Hooters into a gold member lounge. Very interesting.

 

The similarity from the past was their refusal to show the Giants vs Packers game on the TVs and instead we see the Commanders warmups. Really, what do you think people want to watch? Also, a few weeks ago some people who went to the Eagles game posted pics on social media of some of the padded seats in the seating bowl in terrible states of disrepair. There was one in 337 that looked so nasty......and someone actually sat there. That is just so unacceptable.

Ah that explains the "crowded" area in the parking lot.  We assumed it was just some regulars over the years but now it makes sense lol.

Got the below email the other day.  Not sure Auto-Renewing me is considered a benefit.....  Also they mention pricing changes, if the prices go up or they remove any of the perks they added this year I might be done.

Thanks Howie, keep us posted on what they are doing. With the Skins hanging around .500 and being 2-3 at home so far, I wonder how they'd justify raising prices or removing perks.

 

How was the experience today? Is that Gold Member lounge that replaced Hooters nice? Is the food in there good?

Didn't go today, but the last few games the Gold Lounge has been packed.  They really pushed the club level this year and its very crowded compared to past year.
