CRogersGuy
First off, great game tonight. The question is, should we be starting D. Thomas? Galloway did absolutely nothing in this game. Armstrong made a few nice plays but nothing really worthy of a starting spot. I think it's time to put Thomas across from Moss and see what he can do. He had a couple nice kick returns as well if that means anything.
zyvo23
yes. if not, he should at least be playing more than Roydell williams and J. Galloway
#98QBKiller
Maybe. He looked good returning kicks. We have to get someone else out there to take the pressure off Santana and Cooley.
MonkFan8
How can he not be in there over Galloway? It's not like DT isn't a good blocker, so he can contribute when he's not being thrown to. He's got above average speed, I really hope he gets on the field more, because outside of Moss, I'm not seeing much from the current group/
Chicken Fried
I think he should definitely be considered. Looking at his returns, he obviously has the physical tools. I just don't know if he's learned to run routes yet.
Rdskn4Lyf21
He needs to learn how to juke past kickers
Fred Jones
After watching Armstrong, Galloway and Williams, I don't understand why he is not on the field. How can he be worse than how those played tonight?
W1N_SKINS
YES, ive been saying this for weeks
FanboyOf91
Put him in, McNabb actually knows how to throw a pass and avoid sacks.
terpskins10
Yeah, we should be. He really can't be worse than what we have and he's young with some upside.
Upark25
please yes...Galloway was nowhere to be seen tonight and Armstrong pretty much can't be relied on.
Backpack3r
Yes he should be starting He looked pretty decent last year with Jason Campbell throwing him the ball, i think he would look a lot better this year with Mcnabb throwing. He has speed and size
NoCalMike
Thomas was one juke from taking that one kickoff return to the house. If he breaks either way a step earlier, he jukes the kicker out of his cleats.
No_Pressure
If he earns a spot with the offense in practice, then yes. Until he does that to Mike Shanahan's satisfaction, no.
Hunter_R
After watching Armstrong, Galloway and Williams, I don't understand why he is not on the field. How can he be worse than how those played tonight? Easy. He was a one-year-college-wonder. He's not able to use his physical gifts to mask his deficiencies in route running. TD Riggo
Why didn't we use Banks tonight?
terpfan
They could have put me out there in place of Galloway and you wouldn't have seen a difference.
WALL-LE
yes he at least makes plays when the game is on, everyone but moss has sucked.. give Williams some more chances aswell
SittingBull
I highly doubt the coaches are playing favorites and want to win. If they're not starting Thomas over Galloway there must be a reason they don't trust him enough yet.
XxSpearheadxX
If we learn nothing tonight it should be that Coach Mike is a hardass, he sees something in DT, and DT showed something. He will start within 2 weeks.
XxSpearheadxX
Albert haynesworth just said he wanted to be traded. DT steps up, Albert is still a fa*hut.
mdpell
If he earns a spot with the offense in practice, then yes. Until he does that to Mike Shanahan's satisfaction, no. I agree in full. I trust this coaching staff to determine who the best players are and to put them on the field. We went against a good defense tonight and never got into a rhythm rushing or passing the ball. I think the coaching staff will evaluate this game tape and the Houston defense (with some important inside knowledge for Kyle) and put the best players on the field next week. skins2victory
After Shanny watches the tapes from tonight, I would be very suprized if we dont see DT starting next week!

Okay but were you not pleased with the way DT played last year? If he contributes even in small amounts like last year, i believe it is still better than Galloway or Roydell or even Armstrong
XxSpearheadxX
Mike would rather lose the first game of the season and send a message to the egos than win and foster bull**** for weeks to come. Real coach, not northwest emo bs granola ftw
