Sadly, I was proud of my 55 in the 400 back in high school...lol When I was timed in my 40 for lacrosse in college, I ran a 4.4. Now, probably around 5. To bad I was only 130 lbs my senior year. I was a sprinter on my track team. Of course that was 7 years ago. I can still likely run a sub 4.5.
