Dictator
No YOU should be shot. A hot skillet burns the fat too fast making it chewy or worse, burning the bacon. Who the hell deep fat fries bacon? It's already mostly fat. There's nothing wrong with chewy bacon. Or deep fried bacon. The only wrong way to eat bacon is to eat turkey bacon. BigRedskinDaddy
LOL. Kool, I knew I'd find you in here. My only question now is, where the heck is Xameil? <Butthead voice> "ah-ha-ha. Bacon's cool..."
Stophovr6
That appears to be grilled bacon. I would not have thought that was possible. OH there are tons of possibilities. I'm going to smoke a pork belly soon and make my own bacon. Muahaha.

Koolblue13
Chicken fried? Drooling. I hope that is some sausage gravy next to it for dipping. LOL. Kool, I knew I'd find you in here. My only question now is, where the heck is Xameil? Where there's bacon, I'll be there. I don't know where King Bacon is.

SkinsBry
I like plain or maple flavored. I like it cooked somewhere in between lightly cooked and crispy. I like it where the fat is cooked enough where I won't gag on it.

Who the hell deep fat fries bacon? It's already mostly fat.Try baking bacon, trust me you wont be disappointed. Also, if you're feeling frisky you can make bacon bowl. Simply grab an oven safe bowl and but it upside down in a baking pan, Then weave several peices of bacon over the bowl. Once the bacon is cooked, it will take the shape of the bowl. Then you can put scrambled eggs in your bacon bowl. http://www.notmartha.org/archives/2008/02/27/bacon-cups/ I one hundred percent agree with you, I use to fry on a skilet and someone said the same thing bake it for 15 to 20 minutes at 400 and forget about it, the bacon melts in your mouth !!!!!!!!! and I mean melts !!!
