Here come the Cowboys fans!

Just like your common ****roach, the Cowturd fans have emerged from the darkness.

A few takes from my social media wall(s):

"Yeah, Cowboys Nation!"

"Wooo, cowboys #1"

"I love Marco Murray!"

Where were you ****es earlier this year, or the year before, or the year before? You clowns were silent in 2012 when RGIII took a **** on your team on Thanksgiving and Alfred Morris ran over your defense for 200 yards later that December. Just a bunch of front running bandwagon bammas.

I live in the Baltimore area and the number of Cowboys threads I witnessed in public yesterday was overwhelming. I don't remember it being this bad since 2007.

And then we have celebrity douchebags like LeBron James, Bryce Harper, Chris Christie, Eminem, and Allen Iverson professing their love for "America's Team" all over social media.

Disclaimer: Pardons are due for the legit Cowboys fans on this board: Roger.Staubach, VCDefectors, THEREAFTER, DeMarco Murray 29, ABQCOWBOY and the late RoyallyPwned (RIP). I'm sorry the majority of your fanbase

Rant Off

Funny you mention this. here at work, I have a Redskins Knome, Plaques, little helmets etc placed in my area and there is no doubt who my favorite team is. All year, didn't hear a word or see anything in other work areas resembling any Cowboy fans. However, now, I see Cowboy items and hear constantly Cowboy nation. What a bunch of fairweathered fans (some).

You guys are lucky; I LIVE in Texas, so I gotta put up with a quadruple dose of Brokeback Staubach backwards assed Puke fans!

But its all good; there are about 5 in our warehouse, and every time they talk crap, I just put up a pic of the star with a choker collar on it, and they know i'm right and just walk away.

There is 1 guy who is so ignorantly obnoxious that never shuts up; when he gets riled up, I give him an inventory sheet and tell him to get busy.  Thats my happy dance moment. :D

i tell you what...i'm impressed with the SKIN'S fanbase. i mean, you've had a tough year for sure (to put it lightly)...but here you are, loyal to the last and still talking smack.

btw...that stomping of the cowboys by the skins on thanksgiving? i was there....just as i've been to every thanksgiving game the last 6 years. There was even a couple of skin's fans in knock-off RG3 jerseys i helped save from a drunken beating by some of my fellow fans (truthfully, they kinda deserved it by completely classless).

I can deal with the fans, it's the media that is already being outrageous.  Berman picked Dallas v. Pittsburgh for the Superbowl.  Everyone keeps pointing to Dallas's win in Seattle during the season as if Seattle even looks at all like the same team they did back then.

The sad truth is, The Cowboys brings the ratings beit for the right reasons or the wrong reasons, so anytime they are in the playoffs it is going to be milked for all it is worth. I could see them winning Wild Card weekend due to possibly drawing an NFC South team, and I can't wait for the hype train to build into a frenzy when they beat a team with a losing record which will be viewed as "getting over the hump" and then they get walloped the following weekend.

I hope they buy into all the hype. .The more ..the cowboys players heads start to swell up..THE harder they will fall.

What hype is that? that we are going to the playoffs for the first time in forever?

YES. i bought into that. :)

As my Sig says, a cowboys fan is like a plastic tree, you get to put them away every January. Yet somehow they still come out of the closet once a year.

Or as a friend once said, "Nice cowboys jersey, why does it smell like mothballs?"

At least they get January, we get put away in October :(

Cowboys fans in Texas are one thing, but all of the bandwagoneers in other parts of the country really amuse me.

Personally, I've only really just started to feel my Cowboys hate flowing again. Over the last decade, it sort of felt like we were trapped together in the Bad Owner Clownshow. It was the Eagles that I really grew to hate.

However, now that Jerruh's starting to strut like a pea**** again, I'm starting to remember why I disliked them so much. I almost want them to win on Sunday, just so they can get a first-round bye and then lose the divisional round in truly demoralizing fashion at home in their big mausoleum of a stadium. That would be beautiful.

Not possible.  Both Dallas and the NFC South winner will play the wild card teams, which at this point are probably going to be Detroit and Arizona (not sure which one Dallas would play, or who they would play if the improbable happened and Green Bay and/or Seattle wound up in the wild card slot).

Too much has to happen this week for the Cowboys to get a first-round bye.  But they will play the wild-card round at home, and I think a loss in that round would be demoralizing after the season they've had. However, after that, I can't see the Cowboys predicted to win in either Seattle or Green Bay.

That really doesn't sound all that bad...you could have the deal with fans that need to remind themselves how to spell their team mascot's name every time they score a touchdown, or figuratively live-and-die by how the their team plays Sundays,or constantly be bombarded asinine comments by the local morons calling into the local radio show/sports talk shows and either 1.) talk about how this is "their year," (every year), or 2.) at the end of the season listen to them whine and cry about how every player and/or coach sucks.  Not to mention they have to be one of the most classless fan bases in all of sports.  If you haven't figured it out yet...I'm a Pennsylvania native and I'm talking about Eagles fans.  At least Cowboy fans have won something...and they're easily one of the top 5 franchises in NFL history(sad but true).  I, for one am SO happy the Eagles aren't in the playoffs(because of the Redskins :) )  I'd rather have the Cowboys go than the Eagles.  That may make me a bad fan, Though I might feel differently if I lived in Texas.

The Cowboys Nation takes a lot of crap for being a bunch of frontrunners, and there is more than a grain of truth to it. But on the other hand, if you follow the logic of the critics, then you have to assume that they are sticking it out with their team, right?

Oh wait, how many Redskins, Eagles, and Giants fans have abandoned ship already? Just saying... ;)
